Ijen Blue Flame Trek | Return Transport from Bali

Sumi was sooooo nice!!!! He was the best! Loved him so much. He made the whole experience so amazing- he was the highlight! 

We met with local people who were incredibly friendly. Our driver Gnud ( if I spell that right) was really good. He brought us over long distances rapidly.
 He also managed to get us the best spots on King Kong, the viewpoint to watch the Bromo sunrise.
 On Kawa Ijen our tourguide Zai was young but spoke english well and was very interested and funny. 
 We were well fed the entire time. The food might have been a bit a bit more simple then at the bottom of the volcanos, but you have to realize the have to bring everything up there. And there are still plenty of warongs where you can eat more.
 Overall our experience was great!

3D2N Bromo + Ijen | From Bali

We met with local people who were incredibly friendly. Our driver Gnud ( if I spell that right) was really good. He brought us over long distances rapidly.
He also managed  to get us the best spots on King Kong, the viewpoint to watch the Bromo sunrise.
On Kawa Ijen our tourguide Zai was young but spoke english well and was very interested and funny.

The experience went very well. It was the middle of July, so there were huge crowds along the route to Kawah Ijen… but luckily we had amazing tour guides. Everything was organized for us, from our departure in Bali through the ferry crossing all the way to the volcano trek. 

Our guide was Zai, a remarkable young man who will undoubtedly be able to say “hello” in your language! Even when things get scary, he holds your hand and helps you get past your fear! Without him, we never would have been able to see the blue flames. He has tips for everything! A huge thank you to him.

We had a great experience at both of our homestays, especially Kopi Kuin at Bromo where our host made sure we got to hike the crater before it was closed for ceremony and put extra effort in so we could see sunset (night before) and sunrise the next day over bromo. Truley a once in a lifetime experience. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this trip to others. Just have your google translate ready!
