A great hike through Horton’s Plains (approx 7.5km full circuit), with stops at Chimney Pool, Bakers Falls, Greater World’s End and Mini World’s End.  Our guide Gayan was great, met us with breakfast for our journey from hotel to national park!  A great morning adventure!

The guide , Krishna went out of his way to accommodate my son and I for our sunrise hike . He was attentive throughout the walk and offered insights along the way and is very knowledgeable . Will def recommend him to anyone looking for a good guide !

I was travelling with my mother and we asked Magical Tours for transport from Nuwara Eliya to Kandy, with sights along the way, at a days notice. Crishna responded with a good price very quickly and the next day arrived ten minutes before we asked to be picked up - perfect. On his advice we visited a plantation for tea tasting, a spice garden and a waterfall on our way to Kandy. Crishna drive safely and was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend Magical Tours more highly.

He responded quickly on WhatsApp and was punctual, something of a rarity in Sri Lanka, and good humoured as well as knowledgeable about the area, where to go and what we could do with time we had there.

One thing that really struck me was that while this is his income he wasn't over focussed on the money but on us experiencing the wonderful city and area that Nuwara Eliya is. We went to Damro tea factory - great and Ramboda Falls - again loved it and a strawberry farm. Couldn't ask for better and have already recommended Gayan to others.

We enjoyed their company and so hired Krishna to take us to a tea plantation the next day and also back to the train the following day. He was friendly and chatty and we enjoyed his company. If we were around for longer then we would have used him to explore the area further. He was very knowledgeable.

We had a trip to Horton plains with a driver from this company.
 I recommend him, since he drove safe (avoiding risky situations) and fast enough at te same time (so we didn't have to spend half a day in the car).
 He also managed well with a hard terrain.

I had an excellent tour around Nuwara Eliya with Gayan, he has great local knowledge and took me to some lovely spots and local tea plantations making sure I had lots of photos. I wouldn't have seen half as much if it wasn't for him and would definitely recommend him as a guide. Thanks Gayan!
