I get to experience how to shape wax into ring shape and how to make a piece of silver into ring. The wax casting should have more time. We only had time to shape the wax but no time to do the mold and the other processes. The place has limited carpark lots nearby. I had to park quite far. The unit location is also a bit hard to find.

Compared to other tasting events, this was not only intimate but educational. Jason provided insight not only into each bottle but also into the history of rum itself. From fascinating facts about the bottling methods to the ethos of each brand we tasted, it was an extraordinarily thoughtful and meaningful experience overall. I would definitely have a big, carby meal before coming!

Very insightful evening. Jason plans the evening very thoughtfully with excellent stories about the drinks served and his personal anecdotes.
