A Truly Exceptional Customer Service Experience with Olivia from Seek Sophie I don’t often write reviews, but my recent experience with Olivia from the Seek Sophie team absolutely deserves one. Working in the hospitality industry means my schedule is unpredictable, and on my rare days off, all I want to do is collapse like a log. Because of that, my Seek Sophie voucher kept slipping past my mind. When I finally realized it was expiring, I reached out—fully expecting complications or at least a bit of back-and-forth. Instead, I was met with Olivia’s kindness. Not only did she extend the validity of my voucher once, but twice—without hesitation, without fuss, and without making me feel guilty or burdensome. In a place like Singapore, where stress levels are constantly high and interactions can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, this level of compassion and ease is incredibly rare. Olivia reminded me how impactful it is when customer service goes beyond efficiency and becomes genuinely human. Her help didn’t just save my voucher; it brightened my entire week. I’m truly grateful, and it made me even more excited to use my voucher soon—especially for the Mead Making experience at Tiny Bee Farm, which I’ve been eyeing forever! To anyone looking for fun, meaningful, or out-of-the-ordinary activities for yourself or your loved ones, I cannot recommend Seek Sophie enough. And to Olivia: thank you. Your kindness, patience, and understanding are exactly what we need more of in a fast-paced city like ours. The least we can do is be compassionate to one another—and you embodied that beautifully. <3

I was a bit nervous about GoSophie because I had never seen it promoted and I wasn’t sure it was a legit site and if the experiences they offer were of good quality. Well… let me tell you GoSophie is amazing! The booking process is easy. You have to wait for confirmation but I understand since they are a platform not the actual operator of the tour. However the confirmation comes through quite quickly. The website explains in good detail the tours and it also gives options for transportation. The experience we chose has been one of the best we’ve had, meaning GoSophie ensures they offer good quality experiences

My husband and I found this 1-day Komodo Island boat tour through Seek Sophie and it was the highlight of our trip! The information on Seek Sophie's Komodo Island blog post was extremely helpful in planning our travels. Getting to Padar Island before the other tourists was a huge plus - we had about 30 minutes of it all to ourselves. The rest of the day was relaxed as we were the only 2 people on the tour for the day, so the guides were flexible with what we wanted to do. The boat was clean (though no toilet aboard), the lunch was pretty good, and the guides were professional and kind. And the snorkeling was amazing - our guides took us to spots that weren't crowded at all and we saw lots of manta rays and sea turtles! Would definitely recommend!

Nalom is the founder and also did our driving. It was a Bali holiday so many Balinese people were busy and the market we would usually get breakfast at was closed. Instead, he provided a delicious lakeside picnic breakfast complete with chairs to sit on and a table. We then enjoyed the canoe across the lake and had Gede, a very knowledgeable guide, take us on a jungle trek. It was downpouring when we hiked to the waterfalls but he provided an umbrella and remained positive the whole time. We had a fantastic day and would recommend this trip, and this company for longer trips, to anybody who enjoys being outside.

This is one of the best excursions we’ve done, hands down! They leave first, they seriously do. Because they leave first it allows you to get to the sites before everyone else does and it makes for a much better experience. It’s calm, not rushed, and runs smoothly. Would recommend!
