I usually plan my trips with friends and explore the usual tourist spots, but this was my first time joining a community trip organized by Seek Sophie and Maggy and it turned out to be such a special experience!
We got to enjoy so many amazing foods and discover hidden gems that I wouldn’t have known or been able to visit on my own.
The visit to the elephant sanctuary was truly heartfelt, seeing the elephants roam freely and live happily was such a joy.
Yidan’s homestay offered a beautiful farm-to-table experience, where we got to be close to nature and the farm animals. It was such a memorable stay.
A big thank-you to Fern for being not just a great guide but also a caring friend throughout the trip. She took such good care of us and even prepared thoughtful little fortune cookie notes for our daily self-affirmations. ❤️

The friendliest host we had for our fridate afternoon remain enthusiastic and cheerful throughout the session, it was really lovely and fun for my partner and I in making our very own masterpieces. We saw other couples and even family coming together for their session to their own table enjoying the quality time together.

The Guinea crew did their best to ensure we had a wonderful experience and didn't have to worry about a thing. The food on Reviero was excellent, and we even saw manta rays. Amazing and highly recommended.

Ich hab einen Bootsausflug 3d2n auf den Komodo Inseln gebucht und hatte eine ganz tolle Zeit! Die Guinea haben ihr bestes gegeben dass wir eine tolle Zeit hatten und uns um nichts kümmern mussten. Das Essen auf Refviero war ausgezeichnet und wir haben sogar Mantas gesehen. Toll und sehr zu empfehlen.

It was an amazing experience! Me and my 3 friends were picked up by Indra punctually at 2:15am from Gianyar (Ubud), and taken to base camp. The ascent to Mt. Batur started at around 3:30am. While the first and fourth quarters were similar to other treks, the middle half was more challenging due to the terrain being full of small rocks. However, our guide Yush was helpful and encouraging us at all times, and made it much easier and fun to go all the way to the top. The summit had a breathtaking view of the sunrise, as well as multiple craters that marked points of volcanic eruption over multiple centuries. The descent was somewhat faster, and we were back to the base camp by 8am. From there, Indra took us to Batur Hot Springs, where we were able to get some much needed relaxation after the gruelling hike. Next came Amora, which can only be described as "great food with a great view". We were served an all-you-can-eat buffet with a panoramic view of Mt. Batur and Lake Batur. Finally, our itinerary wrapped up with a visit to the coffee plantation, where we were shown various fruits and beans that are used to make a variety of beverages, such as coffee, cacao, rosella and vanilla among many others.We also had an additional request put in to be picked up from Ubud and be dropped back at Sanur Harbour, since we had kept some luggage there a couple of days back that we needed to collect. For this reason, we also requested transport back to Ubud in the same vehicle, and were very graciously accommodated for an additional price matching the normal market price. This made out return much more convenient and hassle-free, for which we are grateful to the organisers, as well as Indra.

We did the 3D2N Kinabatangan River Safari with Night Cruise & Jungle Trek at Sukau Greenview Lodge. The tour was perfectly organized from the beginning to the end! The shared room was very clean and comfy. You could feel the love for nature from all the guides during the boat cruises and other activities. We also had the luck to see all of Borneos Big 5! We would highly recommend doing this trip as it gives the perfect mix of luxury and wilderness :) Special thanks to Rina (SeekSophie customer service) for the very friendly and supportive way of communication and for enabling us to shift our booking to another date due to a medical emergency! :)

It was a completely impromptu weekend trip, but it turned out to be one of my favourites. Loved everything from the gorgeous Navila boat with plenty of *shaded* lounging areas, the friendly and helpful crew, the delicious food, and the awesome guide Roy and amazing photographer Bayoe.I especially appreciated how Roy planned the itinerary to make sure we avoided the crowds - the difference was night and day! We saw so many fish, Komodo dragons, deers, bats, mantas, baby sharks, turtles and even dolphins! Also lucked out with a clear sky full of stars and the Milky Way. Snorkelling was great bc there was always the little boat with someone looking out for us esp if we ventured too far from the group. I felt so safe and looked after even underwater that I took my lifejacket off and swam in deep water for the first time! They opened up the sails on the last day so we could get awesome drone shots of the phinisi all dressed up.This was my first trip through Seek Sophie, and they really did a great job curating travel experiences beyond the usual tourist traps. I look forward to checking out more trips by them!
