Spray paint your own graffiti art directly onto Da Nang's street walls!
Da Nang is more than its beaches and mountains - it’s a city alive with street art and untold stories. If you're looking for something completely different than the usual sightseeing city tours, this graffiti art workshop is a fun, hands-on way to experience the city.Guided by graffiti artist Knee Jerk (British street artist, illustrator, and stencil artist based in Da Nang), you’ll learn stencil-making, roller painting, and spray can techniques. Even if you're a complete beginner, you’ll gain the confidence to create bold, expressive pieces and paint a collaborative mural in a designated public art space. This experience takes place in the city’s thriving street art hub, putting you in the middle of a neighbourhood transformed by the Nam Jam Mural Festival, where over 30 international artists have left their mark. Surrounded by inspiring murals and the city’s creative energy, this workshop is more than just spray painting - it’s a chance to connect with fellow travellers and locals while contributing to Da Nang’s dynamic cultural scene. What to ExpectA 2-hour deep dive into the world of street art, led by graffiti artist Knee JerkExperimentation with diverse mediums, including spray paint, acrylics, and rollers.A collaborative mural painting session in a designated public art space.Sketching sessions to develop your own unique street art concepts.A supportive and inclusive environment for artists of all skill levels.Refreshing tea and all necessary painting materials are provided.TipsNo prior experience is required – our workshop is open to beginners and experienced artists alike.Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little paint on.Bring a water bottle and a hat as we will work outside, even though we are mostly in the shade. Please also bring any sketch or drawing you have that you may want to paint on a wall during the workshop!
