Review Body: I had an absolutely wonderful time with Rinjani Women, Katni, and my fantastic guide, Junita. Junita truly made the experience special! She took me on a delightful tour of the charming villages of Senaru and Sembalun, and it was simply incredible. Senaru and Sembalun are like hidden treasures. The villages boast picturesque beauty, and meeting the local farmers and residents was a heartwarming experience. I had the chance to learn about the rich history of Senaru, Lombok, and the fascinating Bayan tribes, which was truly enlightening. Oh, and let me tell you about Sembalun - the views there were simply breathtaking. But what amazed me, even more, were their strawberries! They were so incredibly sweet, surpassing any other Indonesian strawberries I've tasted. Now, the cherry on top of my trip was visiting Senaru Village towards the end. I'll admit, I had a doubt thinking it might be too touristy, but I couldn't have been more wrong. It's a vibrant village with locals who proudly preserve their culture. The houses/village may not look IG-worthy and not popular, however, meeting and connecting with them was a heartwarming experience that I'll cherish forever.

Review Body: We had an absolutely wonderful tour with Sari and Billie. They were incredibly knowledgeable and generous in showing us all the plants growing in the village garden (coffee, cacao, vanilla, turmeric, bananas, papaya and so much more), and then their home village. It was really interesting to learn more about the traditions and customs of the local people, and get an insight into how they live. We also learnt about how this woman’s business has influenced the lives of the people here - giving women a chance to be independent and not just get married off at a young age. We fed the goats, blew bubbles from a leaf, and made some friends. Then off to the two amazing waterfalls and lunch in the rice paddies. We absolutely loved this tour and highly recommend it!!!

Review Body: Great experience from start to finish. Hospitable and so kind. Juni was amazing, inspired by the organisation and the mission they are on to put women in work and education, as guides despite any odds! I met Junis family on the tour, beautiful people in general. The hike was enough for me, maybe 2-3 hours. I would highly recommend, men or women. It’s necessary to support our sisters in creating opportunities for the future generations :) I loved everything about it and I will definitely bare them in mind, recommend them to any fellow travellers and keep in touch, maybe I’ll be back ;) even had my grab driver come with me on the tour for the day, great day!

Review Body: I had a lovely day on the Panorama walk. The nature and agricultural lands were beautiful. My guide Gina was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Showing me plant life their uses, including medicinal purposes. They have built relationships with the Senaru village community, giving access to see local architecture and meet Sasak locals. The villagers were open, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to learn about their culture, mores, and glimpse their way of life. Sukatni the owner of the company was nice also, preparing a delicious lunch. She mentioned that the income from tours filters back to the whole community, which is lovely.☺️

Review Body: We had a wonderful half day walking through the kampungs and rice fields around Senaru. Yumi and Malai were wonderful guides who were happy to share their knowledge on the culture, flora and fauna of the region. We finished up with a visit to a beautiful waterfall but the absolute highlight for us had to be having a delicious dinner of local dishes (the tempeh was wonderful) while sat in a farmers bamboo shack in the middle of the rice terraces. Definitely recommend the walk and Rinjani women adventure we will definitely use them again when we next back in Lombok - perhaps we will do the volcano next time!!

Review Body: We had an amazing half-day trek with Ema. She was so knowledgable and very kind. We were welcomed very warmly and felt safe and looked after at all times. It was very interesting to see the gardens and the way the local people in Senaru live and the hike to the waterfall was fantastic. Prepare yourself for many stairs and bring your swimsuits, because the swim in the waterfall was so fun. Our trip ended with a peaceful lunch in the ricefields, it was really beautiful. I'd recommend this trek to everyone in Senaru!

Review Body: My Guide was excellent, she showed me around the village, and explained the local flora and fauna. She adapted the itinerary to me and used her initiative. I was very interested in the different fruits and plants that grew, and the views were stunning. Highly recommend booking a guide, the tour around the traditional village was also interesting! My only comments were its very hot so make sure to take lots of water and wear a hat, and opt to start an earlier at 8am before the day gets too hot.

Review Body: We booked the half day trip in Senura and had a blast walking, talking and exploring Senura Region with it’s beautiful waterfalls, ricefields, gardens and traditional village. Our guide Bari was super fun and smart and explained us a lot about the plants and life of the people. Very respectful and fun! At the end we had lunch in the ricefields without many people - so peaceful! We thank you so much for the great day!

Review Body: Visiting an authentic village, hearing about their traditions and seeing their day to day lives was so interesting. The countryside and rice farms were beautiful. I loved seeing all the produce like vanilla beans, kapok used for pillow filling, clove trees, eating the flesh from a cashew nut fruit and seeing the cocao and it drying for sale. The two waterfalls were fabulous and very refreshing. A very enjoyable day.

Review Body: Exploring Sendang Gile and Tiu Gelep with Siska was awesome. It was great getting an insider’s tour of a traditional village, having lunch in the rice fields and walking across the river to get to a really beautiful waterfall. Definitely say if you are in Senaru this tour is a must.
