If you cancel your booking after confirmation, the host may withhold part of your deposit for incurred costs. Cancellation fees are as follows: More than 120 days before departure: 50% refund, date change, or rider substitution possible. 120-90 days before departure: 25% refund, date change, or rider substitution possible. 60 days or less before departure: No refund, date change, or rider substitution possible. If the host cancels the tour due to safety concerns, you will receive a full refund. The host is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as pre-paid tickets or hotel reservations. We may need to reschedule, cancel, or change itineraries and are not liable for any resulting losses or inconvenience. No refunds will be issued once the tour begins.
