Being part of the biophilic design which connects humans with the natural landscape, moss helps to bring a piece of nature indoors, thereby becoming an instant mood lifter! They also require no maintenance and no watering, just occasional dusting; easy-peasy!Apart from the free-flow use of a huge range of materials (think colourful soft moss and different types of wood & pebbles), you can also make your moss frame extra personal by choosing a name or word that means something to you, and watch it get laser-cut and added to your piece on the spot.With soft fairy lights to finish, it’s the kind of décor that sets the mood - whether it’s for your room, or a sweet memory from date night.In this workshop, participants will:🖼️ Browse & get live references to the different moss frame styles and themes🖼️ Learn about the challenges & suitability of each design to decide on a look🖼️ Learn about the different varieties of mosses, the preservation process of mosses, and different types of moss frame designs, best practices in moss art, materials used, and get personalized care tips & tricks🖼️ Handle more than 3 different types of preserved mosses🖼️ Work with a range of materials and tools to build the look that you have in mindAdditional InformationMosses, rocks, pebbles, driftwood, bark, preserved flowers and coloured preserved reindeer moss are all available for unlimited use.1 Laser-cut wooden words can be requested per frame, at the start of the workshop.Figurines and lights around the border of your frame are included.Upgrades or optional add-ons such as up-sizing or crystals are payable at end of the session.The space is ideal for groups up to 24, but can squeeze in up to 30 if you don't mind being cozy. If you have more than 30 pax in your group, the workshop can be conducted at your venue. Please make sure to select the transport add-on and indicate your address.There is no age limit for the workshop. Find yourself (and your soul mates) immersed in a therapeutic session of fun in the heart of Orchard, building any miniature world you can dream of with colourful soft moss, different types of sand & gravels, thriving cactus & succulents, and many more. Learn from our friendly instructors about the different types of themes you can make and how to best care for your plants - if you do include them in your design!
