Review Body: I had such a lovely time at this course! The host took time to thoroughly explain each step, and her instructions were simple and easy to follow. She was wonderfully patient while I (very slowly) chose my colours—no small task. It was such a joy creating my own unique piece, and I’m already looking forward to booking again to learn the loom weaving bracelet technique. A highly recommended experience for anyone wanting a creative, hands-on activity in a relaxed and supportive setting!

Review Body: Shan was super helpful in accommodating us and our timing, we had a lovely Mother's Day session at the studio. All of us were doing beading for the first time, including my Mum (60+) and brother-in-law, and Shan has a really comfortable and casual manner of being and teaching. We all had lots of chuckles and guffaws. The end product was really pretty! Thanks Shan, for not hurrying us and letting us complete at our own pace!

Review Body: Shan is a patient and approachable teacher, and her class is great for beginners. She carefully selects high-quality beads and materials, which makes the workshop even more rewarding. Shan started her jewellery studio in 2016, bringing years of hands-on experience and a genuine love for creating shiny, beautiful things. She’s mostly self-taught, having once run a handcrafted jewellery brand, and she’s also trained in glass fusing. Shan enjoys teaching and sharing what she’s learnt over the years in a warm, down-to-earth way. Beyond the studio, she’s been involved in charity fairs with Assisi Hospice, donating handmade pieces to support patients and their families, and occasionally contributes to giveaways at events for schools and healthcare groups. She’s someone who values community, craft, and connection—making her studio feel like more than just a place to make jewellery.
