My driver Ajik was friendly and kind. He was a very safe driver and spoke English well. Putu was my guide up Mt Batur. He was very kind and looked after me very well. He was knowledgeable. I was so happy to climb Mt Batur in the afternoon. I was the only tourist there on the whole volcanic rim. After a fabulous meal of eggs, banana and chocolate we headed down (much easier) The climb was challenging but the guide let me walk at my own pace and stopped when I needed This was such a highlight of my trip to Bali! I would really recommend it to everyone!

He was on time for pick up. Let us sleep on the way to the climb since it was very early. On the way back we had a nice chat and he gave us some tips on places to eat. All in all he is a great, friendly driver.

The driver and guide for the walk to the viewing area were fantastic. Great company and lot's of fascinating local information. Also very special that this was a personal guide with only two other small groups at the viewing area. Can't recommend strongly enough!
