Have you ever challenged yourself to a raw food diet? It is about eating unprocessed and uncooked food so that you can get all the nutrients without any unhealthy additives. The goal of eating raw food is to obtain more nutrients in an easy-to-digest manner, helping to cleanse your body and boost your immune system. Doing yoga 2-3 time daily in various styles (i.e., sauna and steam room) and a variety of massages will help balance your mind and body as you embark on this diet. There is no better place to challenge yourself to go raw for one week than in this beautiful location right by the ocean! Enjoy the retreat in a cosy double room or opt for a single room to rejuvenate yourself!
