My boyfriend and I hiked Mount Fansipan with Tu this past week in SaPa-- Tu was very organized and prompt. He set a quick pace but was happy to wait for us on our many breaks :) Super nice and knowledgeable guide. About the hike itself... It is extremely challenging from the start! It took us 7 hours to reach the summit (with many breaks and a leisurely lunch) and we decided to take the cable car down because we were absolutely exhausted when we reached the top! The hike was so beautiful and worth it-- The sun came out and the views were unlike anything I'd seen. I would recommend the hike and Khai Tours to anyone, but consider your company to add a hike option where you hike up and take the cable car down (the cable car was not included in the price). The two other groups we were hiking with decided to do the same thing (hike up, cable car down) due to the difficulty of the hike. Again, would recommend Khai and Tu. The hike was a highlight of our trip.

I looked for many companies but only Khai was able to offer a hassle free solo one day package. He was easily contactable and answered all my queries prior to the trip. The guide was Thong and he was one year younger than me yet very mature. He slowed down many times to my pace and constantly checked if I was feeling okay. We reached the submit in 6 hours but I took the cable car down while he hiked down. All the best to the boys and Khai, thanks for the good experience.

The 2 days trip was great! Tu, our guide was very nice, always smiling and answering questions. We have seen many amazing landscapes, far from most of tourists. We also slept in a local house with Khai’s family who welcomed us and cooked delicious meals for us. Khai the owner of the company was also very kind! I recommande this company for a trek ! My husband and I booked a tour covering 7 days from Sapa to Bac Ha to Ha Giang and finally Ba Be. We were very fortunate to have Khai as our guide. He is very knowledgeable and such a nice person as well. He welcomed any questions. We especially loved that he was quietly spoken and had a lovely personality. We noticed many other guides who spoke loudly and at length and this made us appreciate Khai all the more. He was attentive without being intrusive and always looked out for our interests. And he was great on our various walks and always there with a helping hand when negotiating rough terrain. He is a wonderful guide and if you are fortunate to book his services you will not regret it. Thanks Khai for a wonderful week.
