Review Body: Fun experience. It’s very hands-off, they give you a quick little intro then leave you to it! Only issue was that they literally had no idea we were coming. Despite making our booking through Seek Sophie, Hueplay had no record of our booking. They accommodated us and happily stayed open later than expected to follow through on our booked timing. In fact, they had no idea what Seek Sophie even was, which was a bit disconcerting. No idea where the breakdown of communication happened, but it was an unexpected start to an anniversary celebration! Big shoutout to the Hueplay staff for rolling with it and making it a fun night!

Review Body: I booked the slots for 2pax for the glow in the dark art jamming. It isn't what we expected it to be. We thought we are going to paint in the dark (like the pictures in the website). However, it is just a normal room and we could not see the neon paint from the canvas till the paint is dry and the staff has to turn off the light. I don't think it is worth $58. I booked it via seeksophie and when I told the staff about it, she looked very puzzled and she could not track our booking as well. Thus, I am not sure if seeksophia is a reliable website for people to book their appointment with. And it says 7pm to 10pm, but we are told that they are closed at 9pm. So we were quite shocked and do not know what to do. Thankfully the staff said we can arrange another day to finish up our remaining work.
