Tour guide was very friendly and punctual! Thanks Zok (not sure how to correctly spell his name) for a helpful guide and assisting my friend who was lagging behind!
The journey was very long and tiring but there was zero hiccup and we all had a good time! The guide also prepared a very bountiful lunch for our group of 3. At the end of the journey we got a medal and certificate for successfully completing the climb too, which was a nice surprise.
Would recommend hikers to plan their hike on a weekday instead of a weekend as the summit was very crowded when we went on a Sunday. The weather in April / May is also quite warm with chilly winds. There was no rain but we did pack rain jackets and umbrella just in case.

Booked: 1 Day Mt Fansipan Trek to Summit
Initially had some miscommunication about start time.
Had really great help from our guide who rushed down, and helped our child and elderly parents on the hike. Suggestion to state difficulty or let us choose which trails to go on with information to go on. Website said child friendly but there was a part of the trek that required scrambling on muddy mountain trail.

The ride was very clean and well maintained. Journey was smooth and on schedule. Tommy, the host, very kindly informed us beforehand that our ride back was rescheduled to another bus - that was very much appreciated. Would definitely book this again!

I was frightened by reviews at first but actually this trek is not that difficult. My guide Duong was the sweetest! I had lots of fun and the scenery is beautiful. He told me lots about local nature and people, and was super helpful and caring. Unfortunately there were so many people on top I lost him at one point and eventually left without him - it was freezing cold. I wish I had a chance to say goodbye and thank you! Hopefully next time

Bus was punctual and comfortable enough for one night

Our trek started at Sapa O'Chau's office. Our guide, Su May, offered us two options: an easy route through villages (generally flat terrain), or a more difficult route through rice terraces (uneven terrain with multiple uphill and down slopes). We chose the latter and it was a truly eye-opening experience. The trek is very challenging (so please wear proper hiking shoes), but the scenery is amazing. Our guide can speak fluent English, and her sharing about the Sapa culture and way of life is insightful (just hoped that she can sound more eager/enthusiastic!). The trek included lunch at a local restaurant, as well as transportation to pick up and drop off anywhere in Sapa Town.

The process of boarding the bus is very simple, just have to confirm your name with the bus driver. And when you board the bus, they provide you with a plastic bag to keep your shoes to keep the bus clean. When you get in, its very clean and tidy. The sleeping area has curtains for your on both sides. There is also water provided and blankets. The bed is also able to recline if you are not sleepy yet.
Overall, it was a very fun experience and would recommend it to all my friends.

Bus departs and arrives on time, with 2 rest stops in between. Interiors are clean and spacious, and well-equipped with blanket, mineral water and charging points. Sleeping area is decently comfortable and aircon is sufficiently cold. Recommended to bring along earplugs to block off some noise from the engine/traffic.
