We loved our stay at Praiwan Raft House! It's such a nice environment (great nature, kayak's to explore) and the personal is very helpful. The Food was tasty and you could order more if you was still hungry. We did some nice boat trips and a great jungle walk +visit of the coral cave.

Short, refreshing & soulful trip!
We took the 2 day 1 night hut house package and loved it!
We started off the trip at 12:30pm with a scenic boat ride to the rafthouse (~1 hour). Prior to that we paid 340 baht per person at the pier for the national park. Once there we had lunch (~1 hour) then off for hiking, bamboo rafting and cave exploration which were short and sweet (~2 hours). Prior to that we paid 200 baht per person before hiking.
Back at the rafthouse we had free & easy which we chose to kayak and spotted 2 wild elephants! (~1.5 hour)
The day concluded with dinner and enjoying the rest of the night.
The next morning we had coffee before going on a safari boat ride where we spotted wild elephants again (~1 hour). We were then given an hour for breakfast and packing. The trip concluded with a scenic boat ride back to the pier (~1 hour) at 10am.
Overall the trip was short (~22 hours) and adequate to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable lake forest retreat. Highly recommended ! But if you prefer more free time, a 3 day 2 night trip may be more suitable. Thank you Praiwan Rafthouse for the hospitality ☺️

Staying at the raft house was the highlight of my Thailand trip! The raft house was simple but effective and the bathrooms clean. The staff were all so friendly and kind and the food was good! Everything was well organized with the itinerary. The only thing I wish was different was the day 1 hike/bamboo raft/cave trip. It took quite a long time waiting for a bamboo raft to cross the lake to the cave. I felt a little disappointed that we didn't get a bit more free time at the raft house in the evening to soak it in and relax. If I came back, I would book for two nights instead of just one. Overall, definitely worth it, in my opinion!

I came across the Seek Sophie Praiwan Raft House listing a few months before my trip to Thailand and am SO glad I did. Highly recommend opting for the 2 night option so you can experience 2 sunsets and sunrises from the floating bungalows and all the delicious meals the crew provides. The highlight of my two weeks in Thailand — and my new work computer screensaver.

Had a great trip and accommodation at Praiwan Raft House. Food was very good and the staff is friendly. Only downside was that we had several addiotional fees which we weren’t aware of. Also sometimes it wasn’t very clear what th initiary was for the tour and guides didn’t speak English. Experience itself was wonderful though so I highly recommend but keep in mind the fees.
