Review Body: Just what you need to get to Lembongan Upon reading reviews of Rocky Boat here on TripAdvisor, I decided to try them out to get to Lembongan from Bali Airport and also for my return journey back to Bali Airport. I was quite skeptical of the quality, for the very competitive price they were quoting. I have to say it was such a hassle-free experience. The booking procedure is so easy. After booking online, I got an immediate personal mail sent by them confirming the ticket purchase and asking me for my flight details and pick up and drop off locations. I was met by this really friendly staff of theirs at the Bali International Airport called Hari. He always had a pleasant smile on his face. I mentioned to him that I was looking for places to exchange money as I had no local currency with me. He said he would show me a good place and rightfully did so on our way to the boat jetty. It was one of the best exchange prices one could get on the island. The staff of Rocky Boat is so courteous and humble. They offer to lift the luggage to the boat or the pickup vehicles themselves and do not expect any tips for the extra service they provide. It is all included in the ticket price you pay. There was a bit of waiting time for the boat (about half an hour) and the taxi transfer (about 15 minutes). But this is understandable since they would obviously want to make sure that the boat isn't empty and hence have a limited number of boat rides per day. So my advice is to make sure you set aside enough time for the entire journey (approximately 2.5 - 3 hours from pick up location to drop off location) although the boat ride is only 40 minutes. But this is fantastic considering the fact that you do not have to worry about anything. Their boat services are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and ply once every couple of hours. It would be nice if they could arrange services all through the day and night with lesser frequencies in the night maybe. I highly recommend using Rocky Boat if you are looking for an end to end hotel/airport transfer. They are very reliable and reasonable in terms of pricing.

Review Body: Best transport company ! They are super organized : they pick you up, they identify and charge for luggage, they help you get on board (from a deck- no wet feet), big boats so the transfer is almost smooth, drop off really easily on the other side). Staff is clearly identified with a uniform and they are very efficient, almost no time lost ! It really was a stress free transfer both ways ! They were even on time to pick us up from our hotel on the way back. We requested a transfer to uluwatu on the way back and a driver was waiting just for us when we got off the boat. We are really happy with or choice, especially considering the other boat companies reviews really scared us ! Ps.They don’t leave from sanur but from serangan (a little bit to the south) and drop off on lembongan on the other side of the island) but that makes it easier as it’s the only company there so there is mess up with your luggage

Review Body: What a stress-free experience From start to finish, was so stress-free! They came to pick us up at our hotel right on time in our own personal car. From there we went to the harbour to board the boat. The boat ride was pleasant with no issues. They even have their own beach club where you can relax before they transport you to your hotel in Lembongan. They even provide the pickup from the hotel back to the beach club, back to bali, and had our own personal car again back to our hotel in bali, which was all included in such a low price! All the staff very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The customer service was of high priority. And they were very fast at responding to our needs. Not one bad thing happened, from the pickup times, to the service and the boat ride, everything was on schedule. What a pleasant and stress free holiday I had with my partner. Go with Rocky!

Review Body: Caught the Lembongan fast ferry ‘ rocky fast cruise ‘ from Sanur harbour. Pick up was from Sanur and a car collected is and dropped us back at resort cost for pickup and cruise was 500k for adult and 30k for child (2-12) years old. Arrived and checked in and caught boat over. Ride was fast and efficient. The seas were angry this day and it was rough but fun. Boat stops at the back side of the island and appears to be an area for this particular company . You can spend the day here or you can catch a truck to dream. Each or mushroom or other destination. We went to dream beach and was 100k total one way. Other option is to hire a scooter 50-100 k for day. Departed last ferry was a bit delayed but was ok for us. All round great service but if you want ease to main section of island choose another ferry service

Review Body: Great experience We were really worried about taking a trip from Bali on any of the fast boats due to a lot of horror reviews we had read! We decided to book to go to Lembongan with Rocky Fast Cruise as they had the best ratings, and I am so glad we did. All pick ups both in Bali and Lembongan were quick and on time. Luggage was handled efficiently (it looked a bit chaotic but they appeared to know what was going on) and the boats were spacious and safe. The jetty in Lembongan was a bit difficult to walk across as part of it is made of conjoined plastic containers so when the tide was in it was a bit wobbly but a million times better than having to wade across the sea!!! Also great that our transfers (pick up from Sanur, drop off to Seminyak) were included. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Review Body: There are so many boats going between Lembongan and Bali, it’s hard to know where to start. We did some checking of reviews and talked to a couple of places and are really glad we chose Rocky Fast boats. Pick up and drop off were included in the price. The embarking and disembarking was efficient. The boat was clean and (unlike some of the others we used) was dry inside! Where they stood out from the rest was customer service - we booked on line but for the wrong date and this was sorted out super quickly and easily by email. Their team were responsive and helpful. We also like that they leave from a private jetty in Lemongnan, so you can wait for the boat to board in the shade and then don’t have to paddle to it. A small point but nice.

Review Body: Definitely the best way to go to/from Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Ceningan. Rocky's fast boat service is an excellent way to get from Denpasar, Bali, to Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Ceningan. They have a full service, offering pick up from hotel or airport and drop off to your hotel or designated point. The boat trip lasts about 40 minutes. They handle your baggage for you. It's best to ask your hotel to organise the service for you. Cost is about 500,000Rp (plus 75,000Rp for airport drop-off - no extra charge to Kuta or Seminyak). If you are making your own way to the boat, be aware that Rocky's does NOT depart from Sanur anymore (as mentioned on many websites). It has its own marina at Serangan, not far from Denpasar airport.

Review Body: I had visited Lembongan with another carrier a few years previously. A friend recommended we use Rocky Fast to travel over and I'm glad we did! Tickets were preordered, check in efficient. The journey across to the island very quick. Out of the many activities we could have chosen, we selected glass bottom boat ride, snorkelling and we had a lunch provided. Amazing reefs and fish, turtles were seen through the glass bottom. Even the captain jumped in and we saw him go past. When back at the island, after our delicious and ample lunch, we explored the island a little. Found a lovely secluded little beach, The locals were friendly we stopped chatted a while and had another swim. Great day had by all.

Review Body: Unfortunately the day we sailed across to Nusa Lembongan wasn’t the best weather wise and I did feel a bit nervous about the trip to say the least, especially watching proceedings loading the boat and conditions on the sea. However, boarding was quick (choose the middle for a slightly smoother ride) and the window allowed fresh air. The ride across was very choppy and I was thankful it was only half an hour. I didn’t feel sick but it was clear many did. The ride back was different altogether. It was a lovely morning on NL but again, once out at sea there were some big waves and big bounces. Worth the pain to get across to a little piece of paradise though.

Review Body: I was anxious booking the boat to lembongan as I've had bad boat experiences before. I checked reviews here and am so glad we chose Rocky. On the way back, we selected the 9am crossing back to bali as this seems to be the calmest time in the water. We were picked up at 8am and the organisation was so efficient we left at 8.55. The fact Rocky has their own port makes the experience so much nicer, particularly on a hot day. You don't need to worry about anything, it's all sorted with a level of organisation you don't normally see around boat travel in Asia. Boat crossing was choppy but we didnt feel unsafe. In Bali we were taken directly to our hotel.

Review Body: Excellent and professional service We had a great service from pick up at the hotel in Uluwatu (additional cost 300K per car) to the drop off at the hotel in Nusa Lembongan. The staff were friendly and helpful. The boat departed on time. They will carry all the luggages and help you getting on board (wear shorts and flip flops as you have to walk into the water for boarding). If you book return trip, please check with the staff at the office what time is the pick up at the hotel in Lembongan for your return trip. The driver showed up on time and boat departed on time as well.

Review Body: These guys where all good :) I’ve been on boat tours in Thailand so I guess I’m comparing this experience to what I know. After reading a few poor reviews I was a bit nervous but these guys did well. All the pick ups and drop offs were early and they the travel from the hotel right Through to the island and back was smooth. The commands from the team where clear and they knew what they were doing on the oceans. The ocean was a tad rough and bumpy at times but the team did great with what they had to work with. Review Body: New jetty to jetty service We always travel from Sanur to Lembongan with Rockys and they are fantastic. Service is quick friendly and professional! This time was with their very new jetty to jetty service which is easier than beach launching however the new floating jetty on Lembongan is quite wobbly so if you are a little unstable it can be quite daunting. A hand rail welded to 1 side would make things a lot safer so I hope this will be something they do in the near future then it will be back to 5 stars from me.

Review Body: The stay was a perfect getaway for me and my family. We totally relaxed on the beautiful beaches, at the pool, in the restaurant, walking and exploring parts of the island. We went on the banana boat ride and jet ski as a family of 4 with 2 children. The guides were very patient and accommodating to our needs. Service of staff was great and very helpful. We enjoyed the family bonding time and everything that Rocky Beach offers! They have variety water sport activity. We will definitely going back in the future.

Review Body: Excellent service and affordable. Fast and affordable service from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan. I believe they make 4 trips a day which takes about 30 mins each way. Clean boats, good English skills from the staff and a beach club you can hang at on Lembongan while waiting for your transport to hotel. I was also able to arrange pick up in Uluwatu and drop off to Ubud after we visited the island which was great so I didnt have to go through separate companies.

Review Body: We took Rocky for both ways (sanur-Lembongan-sanur). Didn't had any problems. Service was really good. Pick up/ Drop off (from/to the hotel) service was excellent. Very punctual. Jetty to jetty (means no wet feed). The journey felt save. They took care off the luggage from the moment they picked us up. Not the cheapest but I would defenetely recommend pay the little extra. Booked through Internet which worked perfect. Good communication via WhatsApp.

Review Body: We went on the one day trip to Nusa Lembongan with snorkeling and the glass bottom boat and had a fantastic time. The transfer was efficient, the boat was in good order, and the staff friendly. We loved the snorkeling as there was plenty of fish to see and the water temp was beautiful. We had a couple hours to spare and went for a little wander around the island. The lunch provided was basic but very tasty. Highly recommend.
