- Start time is flexible. Do let us know which time you prefer
- Notes: Our workshop starting time is flexible - though it's best to arrive at around 8.30am when we start the day, you can also arrive later around 9/10am. Lunch is at 12pm for an hour and the workshop usually ends around 3.30pm - however, you can stay til 5pm if you arrived later.

Her journey has taken her through single motherhood, learning hands-on bamboo craft from Filipino families, and creating spaces that blend natural building, shared learning, and community care. Natalie’s work focuses on practical, inclusive solutions—like homestays that support people with disabilities, and gardens rooted in permaculture. She’s deeply committed to making everyday life more sustainable and connected for everyone involved.
