This option allows you to detox your mind and body. You will calm your mind through meditation (including singing blow meditation, Osho Kundalini meditation and calming candlelight Yin Yoga after sunset). Give your body a treat and de-stress your mind from life's routine with special spa treatments, including aromatherapy massage, Ayurvedic Shirodara massage, Balinese Boreh (body wrap with special spices), and traditional Balinese full body oil massage. This program also includes visiting a local Balinese Healer and receiving a traditional Balinese water blessing at a sacred temple. And obviously, you will complete your detox with yoga sessions in various styles and enjoy your downtime relaxing by the pool and in the sauna! Enjoy the retreat in a cosy double room or opt for a single room to rejuvenate yourself!

Nestled between the Indian ocean, rice fields and surrounded by ancient temples, Udara sets the mood for a relaxing and authentic Bali holiday. Featuring four beautiful yoga shalas (three with ocean view and one overlooking the ancient temples) and a beautiful spa with water healing pool, sauna, herbal steam room, hot jacuzzi, and ice water plunge as well as a meditation cave. Udara is an ideal destination for individual travelers looking for healing, yogas or retreat groups. The traditional Javanese wood Joglos or our sea view suite rooms with the outstanding personalized service will instantly make you feel at home.
