Review Body: An all around amazing experience! Drivers and guides were very professional and also attentive/responsive to your needs. Thank you to Arjana and Kadek who made this the highlight of our stay here in Bali. We did: Mt Batur Sunrise Hike with Coffee Plantation, Hot Springs and Rice Fields Details of the day: We were staying in Ubud and at 2:15 am our driver Arjana came to pick us up. Car ride was as smooth as he could have driven on the narrow and winding roads up to Mt. Batur. There we met our guide for the hike, Kadek. Water and headlamps and a walking stick for climbing was provided here. The hike itself was slightly more steep than expected. However a wonderful experience to walk under the stars. While it was quite dark, we felt safe and cared for at every turn thanks to Kadek's hospitality. We would definitely recommend bringing a jacket or hoodie, or both as it was very cold once you get to the top. Good hiking or trekking shoes are almost a must as well, the pebbly terrain at the start of the trail is very slippery even when dry. The private guide also allowed for us to hike at our own pace, which helped a lot, given that the hike was a bit more strenuous than expected. At the top, we were served a simple breakfast while we waited for the sunrise. Kadek was very professional and helped us take very nice photos as well as introduce us to the different parts that make up Mt Batur's scenery. The hike down is just as scenic or maybe even better than the sunrise. After the hike, Arjana drove us to the various spots we paid for where he drove us right up to the entrance and got our tickets for us. He was always very quick to respond when we were done touring the area and fast at bringing us to the next location. Thank you all again for the tour!

Review Body: We had a fantastic experience with driver Ketut, and guide Yus. Ketut was even a few minutes ahead of time to pick us up at the hotel and have a pretty quick ride to the mountain. Once arriving at the mountain, the guide Yus met us there and from there the trekking started. I can't give enough credits to Yus, as he was not only super experienced and knowledgeable about every single aspect of the trekking and the volcano, but genuinely caring about us and our safety. Once arriving to the top, he also took fantastic pictures of us and the whole experience. Once the trekking was done we continued the ride with Ketut, who was extra attentive and adaptable to our plans. Cannot recommend enough these two great professionals, and also the activity. It will be forever in our minds.

Review Body: We had an incredible experience on our sunrise hike at Mount Batur today, made even better thanks to our amazing driver Sawar and hiking guide Yus. Sawar was punctual, friendly, and drove us safely and comfortably through the early morning hours. He made the whole journey seamless and stress-free. Our guide Yus was equally fantastic – knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the hike. He paced the climb perfectly, making sure we were comfortable, and helped us secure the best spot to enjoy the sunrise. His warm personality and passion for the area really shone through, and he even helped us take some stunning photos at the top! Highly recommend this duo for anyone planning a Mount Batur sunrise hike. Thank you, Sawar and Yus, for an unforgettable experience!

Review Body: Whilst we didn’t go to the coffee plantation after the hike because we were exhausted from the hike, the overall experience was truly amazing. Our driver was Gede, who was very friendly and excited to share the history of Bali with us. Our private guide was Nick, who was super experienced with all the best viewing/photo taking spots on the mountain. He found us quite a private yet extraordinary spot for us to chill and have him serve us breakfast before the sun rises. He knew all the different angles to take pictures and videos that capture the entire experience! The hot spring afterwards was pretty refreshing and healing after a couple of hours on the mountain. Overall, my friends and I enjoyed the entire experience and thanks for Gede and Nick again for serving us 🙏

Review Body: This was an absolutely amazing experience and I can’t thank Wira enough - he was the best guide and made the trip amazing. His English was incredible and he taught us lots about the area - not just Mt Batur but the onion farm lands and nearby islands. Wira was also a fantastic photographer, we now have lots of photos to remember sunrise at Mt Batur. Thank you Wira!! Our driver Dibya was very kind and communicative. Dibya was early to our pick and happy to wait, he made sure we were comfortable and drove safely to and from our destination. He also took us to a great coffee spot after the hike (well needed!) Review Body: Our sunrise hike on Mount Batur was definitely the highlight of our trip. Our personal tour guide, Wira, was knowledgeable, experienced and super friendly. He let us go at my own pace, allowed as many breaks as we needed, and showed us multiple hidden spots along the trail. Our driver, Kadek, was punctual and friendly. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole journey. The view from the top, with a little breakfast set and hot drinks, was the perfect reward for the hike. The trail can be slippery because of the volcanic terrain, so make sure to bring a good pair of trekking shoes with you 🩷

Review Body: This trek was what we were looking for, had a really wholesome experience with our guide Wira. He was a patient and skilled person with a very good sense of humour as well. The trek is draining but with him we were pretty much sorted. Some good photography skills her has. Our driver Dibya was also on point with the timings and he helped us with multiple things for the trek as well. Super recommend this trek. Understand that the trek is challenging and requires a lot of willpower, only for the views to delight you on top.

Review Body: Can’t recommend this experience enough! It was so convenient to have everything arranged for us through this package. Our driver Dibya was excellent and with us from Ubud to Mt Batur, the hot springs, coffee plantation, and back! He was so friendly and a great driver. Our guide for the hike was Yus and he knew many routes up the mountain to avoid crowds, showed us the best viewing spots, took photos of us, and answered all our questions. Thank you Yus and Dibya! Review Body: What an amazing, breathtaking and memorable hike. It was worth waking up in the middle of the night for. Seeing the sunrise just made me feel so emotional. My guide, Wira, made the journey up fun and engaging! He was so patient whenever I told him I needed a break. He is friendly and warm. Additionally, he has superb photo taking skills! Review Body: We loved this trip. Yus, our guide really looked after us. We were given sticks and head torches and it was great to climb in the dark because we couldn't see how steep it got in places! Yus stopped for regular breaks and once up the mountain, made us a lovely breakfast with the best views. He had extensive local knowledge, answered our endless questions and took photographs for us! The hot springs were the ideal way to end a fabulous climb.

Review Body: Although we had a cloudy morning, it was still well worth the effort to hike up to the summit & experience a sunrise up there. Our local guide was patient & considerate, allowing us to take breaks as needed & the sun broke through during our descent allowing us to see the patchwork of fertile farmland below & the magnificent lake - just beautiful. The soak in the hot springs afterwards was also wonderful.
