Review Body: What a fantastic way to end our three-day offsite! The Mahjong Team Building experience was the perfect activity for our LT team and such a wonderful addition to our time in Singapore. Not only was it a fun and engaging team building event, but it also gave us the opportunity to enjoy a unique cultural experience together. The facilitators were amazing. Having a dedicated 'teacher' at each table made such a difference, and the instructions were clear, easy to follow, and perfect for complete beginners. Everyone had an incredible time, with plenty of laughs and friendly competition along the way. Best of all, we all walked away with a genuine understanding of how to play Mahjong! A special thank you to Sabrina for all her coordination, patience, and support in bringing the experience together. It was greatly appreciated and helped make everything run so smoothly. I would highly recommend this experience to any team looking for something fun, interactive, and memorable to do together in Singapore.

Review Body: Sabrina was a great host, this was literally at her house and she was really patient in guiding us through the game. While some players were already familiar with mahjong, a few only knew the Hong Kong version. Sabrina, together with the facilitators, took the time to explain the Singapore rules clearly and ensured everyone was comfortable before we started. As a group, it turned out to be a fantastic team-bonding activity for our colleagues across different SEA offices. Despite our varying levels of familiarity with the game, the smaller groups of three to four per table sparked great conversations and plenty of laughter. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect and have fun together.

Review Body: Learning to play Mahjong was a great experience with Sabrina. She took complete novices through the game in a very structured way enabling us to understand the game . By the end of the session we were able to play a game and took handouts away to refresh the memory once home. Looking forward to playing with some confidence now. Sabrina is an excellent teacher and clearly enjoys sharing the game of Mahjong with visitors.

Learn Singapore Mahjong with your team (great for international teams!)
A unique team-bonding activity for your company to learn the traditional Chinese Game of Mahjong!Immerse yourself in the rich cultural experience of Singapore Mahjong with this Experiential Session. Perfect for teams looking to learn about the game and gain a deeper understanding of Singaporean Chinese culture or simply looking to have a FUN and memorable time with their teammates. At the end of the session players will know how to set up the game and gameplay as well as understand the most basic hand of the game.Please note the point system will not be introduced during this experience, however this will allow players to focus on the gameplay and build a strong foundation. And if they wish to, they can sign up for a subsequent Beginners Session where they can learn the point system and more!Please note that:The experience can be tailored to your preferences. Once you've received confirmation of your booking, please reach out to Mahjong Lah to confirm the timing and location.If there are more than 12 people in your group, please coordinate with Mahjong Lah to secure an appropriate venue. Sabrina can accommodate up to 12 people at her home.Please note if your group is larger than 20 people, participants may need to pair up to play in couples.Available add-ons:2.5-hour Basic Mahjong experience is available as an add-on for an additional $40 per person. The extra hour will get your whole team to understand the ins and outs of mahjong, its point system, and how you can set up the gameplay.Competition facilitation or Mahjong BINGO: if your team is looking for more exposure to mahjong, the hosts can provide coaches that would be able to monitor participants play with a bit of assistance. Alternatively the host can facilitate a game of BINGO where participants cross off actions from a BINGO sheet, that they perform as they play. The fee is $150 per hour and includes 1-2 facilitators and equipment rental.Disclaimer: This is not a gambling event; no money is involved except for the fees paid.
