A unique team-bonding activity for your company to learn the traditional Chinese Game of Mahjong!Immerse yourself in the rich cultural experience of Singapore Mahjong with this Experiential Session. Perfect for teams looking to learn about the game and gain a deeper understanding of Singaporean Chinese culture or simply looking to have a FUN and memorable time with their teammates. At the end of the session players will know how to set up the game and gameplay as well as understand the most basic hand of the game.Please note the point system will not be introduced during this experience, however this will allow players to focus on the gameplay and build a strong foundation. And if they wish to, they can sign up for a subsequent Beginners Session where they can learn the point system and more!Please note that:The experience can be tailored to your preferences. Once you've received confirmation of your booking, please reach out to Mahjong Lah to confirm the timing and location.If there are more than 12 people in your group, please coordinate with Mahjong Lah to secure an appropriate venue. Sabrina can accommodate up to 12 people at her home.Please note if your group is larger than 20 people, participants may need to pair up to play in couples.Available add-ons:2.5-hour Basic Mahjong experience is available as an add-on for an additional $40 per person. The extra hour will get your whole team to understand the ins and outs of mahjong, its point system, and how you can set up the gameplay.Competition facilitation or Mahjong BINGO: if your team is looking for more exposure to mahjong, the hosts can provide coaches that would be able to monitor participants play with a bit of assistance. Alternatively the host can facilitate a game of BINGO where participants cross off actions from a BINGO sheet, that they perform as they play. The fee is $150 per hour and includes 1-2 facilitators and equipment rental.Disclaimer: This is not a gambling event; no money is involved except for the fees paid.

Mahjong holds a special place in Sabrina's heart, as it reminds her of her carefree teenage and early 20s years spent playing with friends until the wee hours of the morning. Today, Sabrina and her team of coaches use mahjong to meet new people and share cultural stories and experiences. The possibilities are endless when you gather around a mahjong table, and they hope to create unforgettable memories with each game played.
