We were hoping to create two beautiful rings, and the experience surpassed all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our guide was the heart of the experience – incredibly patient, attentive, and a true craftsman. He walked us through every step of the silversmithing process, from designing our pieces to the final polish. Even as complete beginners, we felt completely at ease. He expertly guided our hands, helping us transform simple pieces of silver into unique rings that we will cherish forever. He didn't just instruct; he shared his passion and ensured our vision came to life beautifully. This was more than just a workshop; it was an authentic and memorable afternoon spent creating something meaningful together. There’s something special about creating a keepsake with your own hands—especially with the guidance and love from the local artisans. The workshop is located in a stunning setting, right near the picturesque Yellow Bridge and surrounded by lush jungle. The open-concept space made the experience feel relaxed adding to the charm. The local teachers were engaging and genuinely lovely people who made the entire process so enjoyable. We walked away not only with a beautiful piece of jewelry but also with meaningful memories. Review Body: Amazing thing to do. Close to l the yellow bridge in a cute house between the Rice-fields you can find the silver shop in Sideman. Together with my sister we were introduced how to make jewellery out of pure silver. The man who teaches us is one of the kindest people we met here, he learned us everything about the process. We could choose our own rings that we later were going to make. There is a lot of choice, they were all beautiful so hard to choose which one. Finally we began with the prices of making our rings. It was so nice to do and the people who teaches us every step were so kind and lovely. I recommend everyone who is in Sideman to have a look in this shop. It is really amazing!

Review Body: Just the place itself would make worth choosing that particular silver workshop amongst the many in Sidemen. Located across the Yellow jungle Bridge you’ll not doubt have fun crossing, it gives easy access to the river banks for an exhilarating dip in the rapids. The family of Made, all silver craftsmen (and women!) makes it a personal and welcoming experience. The men show you how to work the tools, while the women help you choose a design and ibu makes sure your handcrafted rings and bangles are perfectly polished before you leave. 7gr of silver are included in the workshop price, extra grams (for bangles for instance) are 20k Rp. each. Suitable for kids too!

Review Body: The place is not easy to get to, with many narrow winding roads, but once you get there it’s a charming spot right next to the yellow bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful as they guided us step by step to make our rings. Be prepared to get some arm and leg exercise in during the process! We ended up only taking around 30 minutes to complete our rings, but I guess it depends on the complexity of the ring design you choose. We enjoyed the experience and left with a greater appreciation for the hard work that goes into craftsmanship. There’s also a bar and restaurant downstairs within the same place that overlooks the beautiful river!

Review Body: Amazing! The girl of the family showed me how theh weight the pure metal, then I got to choose a design from so many beautiful options. After you are guided by one of the men of the family to create your design straight from the pure sliver and a bit of copper (925 silver basically). You even get to help melt it! So cool. Anyways all the steps are very fun and you get a beautiful piece of jewellery out the other side. The great photos of me at work were taken by the man guiding me. The area itself is also beautiful with a cool yellow bridge and a beautiful river view.

Review Body: We had such an amazing time at sidemen silver. We made two beautiful rings out of lots of options. It was just the two of us with the craftsmen and we followed the entire process from melting and forming the silver then shaping and designing. With 7g of silver we got to make very good size rings that look like they would cost a lot of money from anywhere else. This was such a memorable experience and we will be sure to go back when we return to Bali ☺️

Review Body: I loved the beautiful location on a river next to the yellow bridge. The staff were flexible-they worked with me to create a really unique ring that I LOVE. I paid extra for additional silver to craft a special ring stamped with BALI 2025. This is my favorite souvenir. I will always remember the experience-pumping the bellows, pouring molten silver, hammering it, and using traditional techniques to shape my ring.

Review Body: If you book one thing for your Bali trip, let it be this! These guys are masters at what they do and made us feel so comfortable at trying something new. We were a bit of a mess and they accommodated us rescheduling due to illness, being late because we got lost (use google maps not apple lol), and making a design inspired from a photo. We will cherish the pieces we made with them for the rest of our lives.

Review Body: I love the piece I made. The teachers were friendly and even allowed me to incorporate a gemstone when usually that is too difficult for a beginner to do. My teacher helped me a lot and really brought my design to life. The warung is also lovely. You get to eat your food with a view of the river and suspension bridge. Overall it was a really cool experience and the location was just gorgeous.

The silver was melted and hammered a couple of times before it was being moulded into rings. The final steps were buffing and polishing to make the rings look super bling! Review Body: 10 out of 10 The owner was so nice to me. Showed me the complete way of Traditional Silver making and only Assistend a few Times. So i Smithed a whole ring on the traditional way. After that i could stay there and get some Drinks at a beautiful Location Next to a small River. I also got nice recommandations for nice places to Visit in the area! Would absolut Recommend it!

Review Body: Loved the authenticity of the old school workshop and tools. Was very pleased with the two rings we helped make. I believe we were guided by the owner's son. Very nice young man. Was able to communicate well so we knew what parts of the process we could assist with and what parts he would be doing. FYI the tour is much shorter than 2 hrs. Ours lasted 45 min for 2 people.

We got to choose our design from many samples. The craftsman was very patient and considerate.
