This trip will take you to the east side of Nusa Penida where you will be able to see the iconic Diamond and Atuh beaches. It will also give you an opportunity to visit a local seaweed farm, and learn more about the local way of life before tourism. During this trip you will also visit Goa Giri Putri Temple and Teletubbies Hill if you have sufficient time. Return hotel transfer in Bali is also included. What to Expect Arrive to Nusa Penida via Fast Boat: Once you arrive to Nusa Penida you will see the following:Diamond Beach the beach gets its name from the diamond shaped rock cliffs which jut out of the beautiful blue waters. If you have the time, you can climb the many stairs all the way down to the beach to enjoy the water up close. Atuh Beach you will need to descend a steep set of stairs off the side of a cliff to see the rocky beach with an arch in the distance. It's worth the dizzying trek down!Goa Giri Putri Temple at the very top of a steep set of stairs, there is a small crevice in a natural rock wall. Once you come inside, you will find the biggest cave and temple in Nusa Penida. This place is sacred for the Balinese, many coming from the main island to take part in purification ceremonies. Semaya Village Seaweed Farm here you will get close to the farmers and their crop being able to walk down their plots of beach front teeming with seaweed groves. After, you will be invited into the home of the farmer to learn a bit more about how they use the seaweed in their cooking - and even sample some snacks! Teletubbies Hill: If you still have time, you will head to Teletubbies Hill, to check out the round grass covered mounds which are reminiscent of the hills in the children's TV show with the same name. The hills can be bright green or a light brown - depending on the season!Head Back to Bali: You will head back to the port to catch the fast boat back to the main land. Logistics You will start out your trip with a pick up from your hotel in Bali, followed by a fast boat ride to Nusa Penida early in the morning (first one departs between 7-8am, depends on day and availability).Last fast boat departs at 4.45pm, however it may vary. Your driver will meet you at the port in Bali and take you back to your hotel.

It was my first time to Penida and I had an amazing experience with Justin! He was really friendly and brought us to a local seaweed farm and we even visited one of the local families there. Getting invited to their house and eating crispy deep fried seaweed crackers was a really amazing experience. He also brought us to all the other spots we wanted to see, like Diamond Beach and Broken Beach - so beautiful! Highly recommend a trip with Justin!

I've been to Penida four times now, and I have to say that this trip package was the best one yet! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and really enhanced the experience for us. Visiting the seaweed farm was a unique and enjoyable addition to the trip - I learned so much. I highly recommend this trip for anyone looking for a different and exciting way to experience Penida.

We really enjoyed our trip with Justin who showed us a different side of Nusa Penida. Especially memorable was seeing the seaweed farm: meeting the farmers and learning about their lives, seeing their fields and their home. Seeing Diamond Beach was super impressive as well! Even better than the photos.

Wow. Where do I start. From start to finish, this tour was all class. I’ve travelled extensively and this would rank as one of my favourite tours ever. Friendly and knowledgeable guides, not crowded (took this on a private basis and no other groups at the summit). Coffee and breakfast provided was delightful. Seeing the sun rise over majestic mountains is an experience you cannot miss. A soak in the hot pools afterwards was just what I needed. Thank you Justin and my guide (ganjun-not sure of spelling). You made me feel safe and cared for and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. Thank you.
