Craft 3 Cocktails in an Intimate Cocktail Bar 

Just a few months ago we have had some experiences in two of the finest sake breweries in Kobe. However we learnt a lot more about types of Sake in this experience. 
 Still I think there is much more which can be improved to enhance this experience, specially increasing the number of sakes available for tasting, add blind tasting etc. Overall we are happy with the experience.

My partner and I really enjoyed the bean to bar chocolate workshop, we had a wonderful host Li Hiang who was very patient, friendly and welcoming. The experience made us appreciate more about how chocolates are made, highly recommended!

Was planning a bachelorette party with my friends and Eric was very kind in helping us put up some decorations and allowed us to have a slightly longer time to use the space to finish our planned programme! It was a very fun time learning how to bake baguette and the cheese platter and onion soup was very tasty too :-) thank you Eric for running the session and being a very friendly host!

Bake the Perfect Shio Pan + Flavoured Butter Making

Ah I went without any expectations with a friend of mine who loved shio pan. I ended up enjoying myself throughout the session . We will be joining more classes !!

Chef Eric made baking baguettes feel easy. He went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable in his home and the effort he goes to planning and details is remarkable! Definitely an experience I would recommend
