We tried the coffee blending experience and really enjoyed it. Learnt quite a lot and loved that we customised our own blend.

Our party of four had an amazing lunch prepared by Chef Al and Natalie. It was a culinary adventure across the Mediterranean, from Morocco, Spain, France, and Turkey. His beautiful home is a carefully restored Peranakan heritage house. It’s the personal stories of his family’s legacy and finding shared experiences across travel around Southeast Asia - that makes this the highlight of our Singapore trip.

Host (Seth) is very knowledgeable and informative. He has help us mystifying the different types, grade and characteristics of tea and how adding the right amount of dried fruits or pure essence extract can elevate the experience of drinking a cup of tea. Many of us were surprised how much fun we can have crafting our own blends of mix that’s resonating with us. Love the workshop setting and the guided experience. Thank you Seth of hosting us and accommodating to our last minute add-on request!
