At first glance, it looks like an ordinary house, but once you open the door, you'll find a truly wonderful cooking studio! Eric gave us a warm and had everything prepared. His explanaions were clear and easy to follow.
The ingredients and processes have been carefully adapted to stuit Singapore's climate. This time we made baguettes, but I'd love to try other recipes as well. I'm so happy to have lerned how to make delicious baguettes:)

It's easy to prepare in less than 2 hours, you can have your fresh, crispy crust, and the texture inside is just right! My employer's son loves it that everytime he comes back from school he goes straight to the kitchen to look for the baguette. It brings joy to see everyone enjoying eating it. Since then no more store-bought bagguettes. Save money+happy tummy! Thanks to Eric's class, it's easy to follow, has shorter preparation times and provides more tips for baking delicious bagguetes. love it!

I have no baking experience but the French baking master Eric perfected the baguette recipe for Singapore even I could follow and remember easily. It was a very enjoyable class and the baguette was crispy outside and soft inside. After one class, I was able to make baguettes at home easily in a short time and my friends who tried the baguette were impressed. French baking lab also had a cool web app in case I want to learn other French pastry. I will not be buying baguettes from stores again!!
