Very interesting topic, lots of facts that I didn't realize about the oceanic ecosystem around Singapore. Sam was a great presenter, and having examples of coral to share with the audience was a nice bonus.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and incredibly well-prepared, they had everything ready for us and truly went above and beyond our expectations. The entire experience felt smooth, relaxing, and thoughtfully organized.

I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a chill, stress-free experience.

I’m really glad I attended the Bricolage event today. It was inspiring to see how ingredients that might normally be considered waste were transformed into thoughtful, fine-dining bites that were simply delicious. Russ and Sarah were amazing hosts, generous in sharing their knowledge and passion. Beyond the tasty snacks, the event was full of insights about rethinking food systems and taking practical sustainability actions. Initiatives like this show that creativity and responsibility can go hand in hand, and it’s something our community should truly be proud of supporting.

I’m really glad I attended the Bricolage event today. It was inspiring to see how ingredients that might normally be considered waste were transformed into thoughtful, fine-dining bites that were simply delicious. Russ and Sarah were amazing hosts, generous in sharing their knowledge and passion. Beyond the tasty snacks, the event was full of insights about rethinking food systems and taking practical sustainability actions. Initiatives like this show that creativity and responsibility can go hand in hand, and it’s something our community should truly be proud of supporting.

Wonderful after with Sarah and Russ at the restaurant Bricolage for the workshop, "A Michelin Chef’s Creative Kitchen | Food Waste to Incredible Flavour". So well organized and insightful. Sarah and Russ are always so generous to share the practice, experience with culinary presentations that go beyond the cooking and aesthetics; it's always mindful of the ingredients, ethics of eating responsibly and the practical side of not wasting. Always a joy to hear, see and chat with them.

Krissten clearly communicated information about the event beforehand and was very happy to help on the day. Wilson and Ganesh were very knowledgeable, passionate and happily shared their experiences of their garden. The event was very well organised and included a lovely morning tea. A really interesting tour in a part of Sinagpore that I wouldn't have seen if not for this tour! Thank you everyone :)

I learnt so much about corals and how diving in Singapore is like. I also feel inspired to help protect the ocean after Sam's talk. The pictures and videos showed helped us understand everything clearly. It was also a great opportunity to see and hold some corals.
