I would like to put on record my sincere appreciation to the Seek Sophie team and in particular to Ms. Rina for agreeing to my request for change in the cruise dates for Komodo island, not once but twice. The first time was during the recent volcano eruption at Mount Lewotobi when flights to the island from Malaysia were cancelled and the second time when my pet dog was diagnosed with cancer and in need of constant care for the next few months. They agreed to defer my cruise to a yet undetermined date in 2025. Ms. Rina was especially helpful with her kind words and quick response for which I will be always grateful.

I had the best trip to Sumba thanks to Seek Sophie and my guide Dany. The website was super easy to book and when I had a small booking issue Rina was so quick to help me and I’m so grateful for her! I booked two tours, one on the East side of the island. My guide Dany was epic, he took me to all the top spots (almost everywhere we went had no other tourists) and he knows so much about Sumba and Indonesia. The east side did require a lot of driving but it was perfect because I was taking notes since I did not want to miss anything he was teaching me. We were able to customize my trip to see all the things special to me. I also hired him to take me from East Sumba to West. We stopped at some local spots including a village. Sumba is such a special place and I would have missed so much of the magic without this company and my guide!

We have not been on our Seek Sophie cruise yet, but I have been very impressed with the service I’ve received in the run up and felt it deserved a shout out. We had booked our trip for myself and my husband but then, last minute, our adult daughter is coming to join us. We tried to book her a slot separately and it came back as no availability. We had booked the flights to Flores and hotel for her by then! I made contact with Seek Sophie and Rina was brilliant, quick responses every time and managed to arrange for our daughter to join our booking. Easy process to book and pay. Big relief and huge thanks to Rina, it was like chatting and sorting something with someone down the road rather than half way round the world. Thank you so much 🙏

We found Seek Sophie via google and confirmed a Pizza making session with them. Very friendly and prompt responses along the arrangement process. 1 week before event, our participants are reduced by 2pax and Seek Sophie promptly acknowledges and process the refund the same day. Rina attended to our request. We are impressed !!!...... will definitely working with Seek Sophie again for our future company events.

We did the 3D2N River Safari at the Sukau Greenview Lodge in Borneo and booked it with Seek Sophie. The booking went really smooth and easy, and we got picked up from the hotel in Sandakan. The Safari was a great experience and the highlight of our 3.5 weeks of travel. We were lucky to see the big 5 of Borneo and even watch big groups of elephants crossing the river, including a baby elephant who was just born hours earlier! An experience we will never forget. It is a basic but nice lodge. The guides know their stuff and especially IKI (probably wrong spelling). We found out that booking at the lodge would have been cheaper so we contacted Seek Sophie about this and we received great assistance from Michelle. She was very helpful and quick in her responses. Many thanks to her! Would definitely recommend!
