Seek Sophie offers plenty of interesting activities, many of which directly benefit the local community when you purchase a tour with them. I booked a hiking trip for Bali - the process is smooth and confirmation was almost instant. Unfortunately I've had to cancel the booking due to illness, and I was assigned to Michelle from the Seek Sophie team who helped with my cancellation request. The cancellation request itself went without any problems. Michelle managed to get my request processed within the day. I would book activities from Seek Sophie again for my future trips.

We booked The Unique Mount Batur Trek and Lake Batur Boat Ride with add on Trunyan Village. I can honestly say this was the highlight of our stay in Bali, what an incredible experience! The guides were absolutely fantastic, kind and knowledgeable, I am in my 50's now and not as fit as I used to be, but our guide helped me with where to put my footing etc. So I made it to the crater rim in time for sunrise, and oh what a spectacular view! Everything went smoothly, from pick up from our accommodation to dropping us back there. Only regret is not booking all of our tours through Seek Sophie while in Bali.

Always loved the work that Seek Sophie does, and decided to get an experience for a close colleague of mine. Unfortunately, it got lost in her work email, and so I reached out to Rina who suuuuper promptly assisted in helping me retrieve the voucher, and even extended the time for it because it was expired. I didn't even have to ask :') Really appreciate the initiative and great service provided! A wonderful show of a team that trusts each other to do their job well, and in doing so, they treat their customers superbly as well. Looking forward to it!

This website is super convenient and, my favourite feature, allows you to reserve without paying immediately for a limited time. Very customer friendly, especially representative Michelle.
