Always loved the work that Seek Sophie does, and decided to get an experience for a close colleague of mine. Unfortunately, it got lost in her work email, and so I reached out to Rina who suuuuper promptly assisted in helping me retrieve the voucher, and even extended the time for it because it was expired. I didn't even have to ask :') Really appreciate the initiative and great service provided! A wonderful show of a team that trusts each other to do their job well, and in doing so, they treat their customers superbly as well. Looking forward to it!

Very cool! Our tour guide “Harry” from blue alexandria tour gave us a great experience in a full day tour around Komodo park. Super cool. I thought I was going to meet someone from “seek Sophie” crew, bit confused but everything fine! Danke

This website is super convenient and, my favourite feature, allows you to reserve without paying immediately for a limited time. Very customer friendly, especially representative Michelle. She assisted me very timely and got my situation handled extremely professionally. Cannot recommend these people enough.

Rina from SeekSophie was incredibly helpful. Our Yacht trip got cancelled at the last minute due to some issue from a previous voyage. However, SeekSophie was very supportive in the matter and helped to process a refund for the experience.

I booked a 3d2n live-on-board boat trip at Komodo Islands through SeekSophie. Unfortunately, the boat trip had to be cancelled due to bad weather. Seeksophie staff, Michelle stayed in contact with me through the refund process, booking of alternative activities, and checking with local host last minute whether they were available to host us. Communication was clear and timely with her, and my family of 7 were able to enjoy Labuan Bajo even though we did not managed to get onboard the boat.

Made a wrong booking by accident just days before my trip and had to cancel and book another. I had accepted that I likely wouldn’t get a refund due to my own hiccup, but Rina was extremely helpful in not only expediting the new booking, but helping me get my previous booking refunded. Thank you!
