Michelle has been terrific. She has not only quickly returned answers to me, but has worked with me to ensure I would be able qualify for a tour considering I am a solo traveler. Because of her professionalism and going the extra mile for me, I decided I need to book another tour with Seeksophie. I am currently booking for tours in Bali. Now that I see other locations that I have been before and intend to return, I will make Seeksophie the first place I go for booking tours. Thank you Michelle.

We just booked a tour to Komodo National Park with Seek Sophie. We went on the waterfall, trekking and paddling tour in Munduk, Bali. Komang, our guide, was excellent-funny, friendly and informative. The communication was always quick and straightforward. Love that the tours don’t feel touristy and that the company gives back to the community ❤️

Amazing awareness of SeekSophie‘s Team in unlucky times: I booked a cruise for Christmas Eve but I got hit by a motorbike in Hanoi and broke my patella. Without expecting it Michelle organized a full refund in a minute of the payed cruise experience during my stay at French Hospital. Highly professional!
