We really appreciated the "insider tips" on the Seek Sophie website about going with a smaller boat and avoiding the main Halong Bay routes on our cruise. Michelle was very helpful and responsive to out booking needs.

We went on the waterfall, trekking and paddling tour in Munduk, Bali. Komang, our guide, was excellent-funny, friendly and informative. The communication was always quick and straightforward. Love that the tours don’t feel touristy and that the company gives back to the community ❤️

Amazing awareness of SeekSophie‘s Team in unlucky times: I booked a cruise for Christmas Eve but I got hit by a motorbike in Hanoi and broke my patella. Without expecting it Michelle organized a full refund in a minute of the payed cruise experience during my stay at French Hospital. Highly professional!
