I recently booked a kayaking activity through Seek Sophie and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. Firstly, the kayaking tour itself was nothing short of excellent. Kelvin, our tour guide, was not only knowledgeable about the activity but also made the whole experience incredibly fun. His passion for kayaking and the environment truly shone through, and he went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Additionally, the support I received from Michelle at the back-end help center was outstanding. She was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful in addressing my after-event queries. It's refreshing to encounter such dedicated customer support that genuinely cares about ensuring customer satisfaction.

We booked a 3D2N Kinabatangan river cruise tour through Seek Sophie. The booking was really simple & easy, the tour was really well organised and we had an amazing time, we didn’t have any issues. Would definitely recommend using Seek Sophie to book tours. Special thanks to Michelle for helping organise last minute transport to another area of Sabah!

Thanks to Cpt Alf our family of 4 had a wonderful day on the yacht with Fun@Sea. Alf made sure to find kid-friendly swim spots for our 6 year old and we had a great time paddle boarding, swimming and playing at the beach. The boat was very clean and comfortable and sitting on the bow was a highlight for us! Thank you for making the family trip and our son's bday so memorable!

Rina was very responsive when I enquired on a refund as one of my friends could not make it for a booking I had made. Seek Sophie has a good experience overall and I had made several artsy bookings via their platform previously, and all had gone smoothly. Thank you Rina and Seek Sophie!

My friend and I went on two trips with Seek Sophie and had an absolutely amazing time! Experienced the most scenic views in Bali on the Mt. Batur caldera hike while being the only ones on that mountain top. We also went on a unique Munduk trek through the jungle and got to swim in beautiful waterfalls. The best part was we were always assisted by the nicest guides who were in constant contact with us. If you’re thinking about booking a high quality and fun travel experience definitely book with Seek Sophie :)

I was reserving a date for an upcoming cruise and was confirmed very quickly! I then realized, I selected the wrong date.
