Highly recommend this tour with Seek Sophie. The Organization and communication with Seek Sophie was super smooth. They always did reply very fast and I really enjoyed the time at Sukau Green View. The Location is directly next to the river and the staff there is super friendly and helpful. The rooms offer big space. A bit old but clean. Food was also good and always enough. The Guides are really well known with the area around and tried to make the best out of our cruises.

It's my first time booking something via Seek Sophie and the website is very fuss free. Also, I made a mistake while booking my sleeper bus trip from Sapa to Hanoi but the issue was rectified within less than a day. This is probably the fastest online customer service I have ever received. Big shoutout to Mega for her quick response and action!! Will definitely book more via Seek Sophie!

I had booked two experiences via Seek Sophie for my Bali trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. The booking process on the website as well as the communication with the hosts was smooth and easy! Unfortunately I had to cancel one of my experiences when my husband fell sick during our trip, but communication with both the host and Seek Sophie customer service Mega, was super quick & helpful! Overall wonderful and pleasant! I would highly recommend Seek Sophie for your travel experiences. Till next time!
