We booked a Parent and Child pottery class and ran into some issues. However, Rina saved the day rectified it promptly so we can go ahead with the class hassle free. Thanks Rina for the great service!

I had booked two experiences via Seek Sophie for my Bali trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. The booking process on the website as well as the communication with the hosts was smooth and easy! Unfortunately I had to cancel one of my experiences when my husband fell sick during our trip, but communication with both the host and Seek Sophie customer service Mega, was super quick & helpful! Overall wonderful and pleasant! I would highly recommend Seek Sophie for your travel experiences. Till next time!

Today we have just finalized booking our private dining with Primateve in August 2023. From the booking stage onwards, my support representative, Ms. Rina Christina, patiently and promptly responded to my questions. I am very grateful. The tour itself was well-organized, and thanks to the crew and guide Arie, I had a very enjoyable cruise. My encounter with the Komodo dragons was disappointing, as our time on the island was short and their appearance was unnatural. All the islands and beaches we visited as part of the trip's activities were amazing, but I should have built up my own stamina a little more.
