I booked a session for my daughter and myself as the activity looked so interesting. Few days prior I had to cancel as I had double booked myself. Rina was most helpful and professional in helping me with the cancellation and refund.

Booked the yacht via seek sophie and wanted to reduce the pax number after booking confirmation sent to me so I contacted them from Instagram to do the amendment. The staff, Mega is helpful and responding fast with the refund.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to postpone my Mangrove Kayaking to a week later from the reservation date. I was really appreciative of Rina Christina who promptly checked with the operator if the revised schedule could be accommodated. All the change was made within a working day of my email request. My booking confirmation was updated accordingly on the Seek Sophie website. Thanks so much, Rina! :)

Read kind host and replies to any inquires almost immediately. I am going for their terrarium workshop and for any of those who are wheelchair users, be happy to know that the location of the workshop is entirely wheelchair accessible 😊😊😊!!! Awesome inclusivity. Would 100% recommend to any who wants to try something new and perhaps add abit of greenery to your home decor!!

We had 4 hours at yacht mare mio on 12 Nov with our family. The crew captain and staff ramos amd sunny are extremely friendly and helpful. They were willing to help us carry our stuffs and food . We are grateful they went the extra mile to retrieve back our swan float that floated away. Really appreciate their great help! Will come again!
