I was introduced by my friends about the komodo tour on the Seek Sophie side, I have successfully booked the tour and then my family wanted to join the trip because I found it attractive, I had difficulty in booking more seats and the company has sent a friend named Rina to support me to book the tour and guide me on how to handle it, I am very happy and happy to be supported by Rina to successfully booking for my family, me and my family are looking forward to the departure day to enjoy the unique beauty of komodo in particular and Indo in general, finally I would like to sincerely thank the company and especially you Rina, I wish you all good health and always enthusiastic !

I booked a 3 day 2 night boat trip in the Komodo islands through Seek Sophie. I had to make amendment to the booking so I emailed the company. Michelle responded very quickly and was able to make the amendment easy and straightforward. It was all sorted within a few hours of my initial email. I so appreciate the quick and easy process. Seek Sophie offers plenty of interesting activities, many of which directly benefit the local community when you purchase a tour with them. I booked a hiking trip for Bali - the process is smooth and confirmation was almost instant. Unfortunately I've had to cancel the booking due to illness, and I was assigned to Michelle from the Seek Sophie team who helped with my cancellation request. The cancellation request itself went without any problems. Michelle managed to get my request processed within the day. I would book activities from Seek Sophie again for my future trips.

We booked The Unique Mount Batur Trek and Lake Batur Boat Ride with add on Trunyan Village. I can honestly say this was the highlight of our stay in Bali, what an incredible experience! The guides were absolutely fantastic, kind and knowledgeable, I am in my 50's now and not as fit as I used to be, but our guide helped me with where to put my footing etc. So I made it to the crater rim in time for sunrise, and oh what a spectacular view! Everything went smoothly, from pick up from our accommodation to dropping us back there. Only regret is not booking all of our tours through Seek Sophie while in Bali.
