I’m starting the tour in a couple days and I’m very excited. So far Seek Sophie have been amazing, I had a couple questions related to getting to the island for the tour and about the request before the confirmation and the Seek Sophie team have been amazing at answering me. Rina and Michelle were so lovely and were quick at getting back to me giving me all the information I needed. Very happy with my experience so far :)

Very prompt replies. Very nice service from my agent, Rina. Well curated list of workshops. The booking process can be annoying when the workshop can only be booked a few days in advance when we want to prepare for the trip much earlier.

Michelle, Renata and others who support all the Bali dogs with Seek Sophie are truly amazing. The work they do to help the dogs and educate others is so important. This experience made our trip to Bali extra special. We plan to continue helping however we can so Bali dogs get the love and life they deserve.

I booked a 3 day 2 night boat trip in the Komodo islands through Seek Sophie. I had to make amendment to the booking so I emailed the company. Seek Sophie offers plenty of interesting activities, many of which directly benefit the local community when you purchase a tour with them. I booked a hiking trip for Bali - the process is smooth and confirmation was almost instant. Unfortunately I've had to cancel the booking due to illness, and I was assigned to Michelle from the Seek Sophie team who helped with my cancellation request. The cancellation request itself went without any problems. Michelle managed to get my request processed within the day. I would book activities from Seek Sophie again for my future trips.
