Review Body: 5 Stars are not enough. I give 10 Stars!!! The driver contacted me one day before the trip to confirm the pick-up. He arrived at our hotel early to pick us up. As he started driving, he explained about the trip in details (hown long it takes to reach there, routes, things to look out, etc). It took about an hour to reach the starting point where we changed to a Jeep. The jeep ride was fun and the off road was super bumpy. It took about 20mins to reach the top of the hill. While there were many jeeps (50-100 jeeps), the place our jeep was parked was at the highest point with the best view! Huhu! The sunrise was beautiful! Oh, it was cold but they provided hot drink and blackets with good scent (showing the blackets were washed haha). After that, we visited a temple at a lake and a cafe on the hill. The temple was a beautiful place to drop by to take some photos and the volcanic mountain view from the cafe was beautiful as well! The food and drink were nice and reasonably priced. Overall, the trip was fantastic! Not to forget, the driver was friendly x 100000 and took very nice photos (learnt a new tech to take a nice photo).

Review Body: I booked this activity 6h before the start time and was contacted immediately to confirm details and pickup hotel. We were picked up from our hotel in Seminyak at 2am and ended at Cafe El Lago around 9am. I don’t recommend staying that far out from Ubud, since the commute times in Bali are very long (lots of traffic, no freeways, small roads), but it was our last day and wanted to maximize our time in Bali. It was very cold in the early morning, so I recommend layering up. They did have blankets for rent at 50k each, so that helped. There were many other jeeps in the area doing the same activity. Overall, my partner and I enjoyed this activity and were very impressed with the photos taken on an iPhone! Our jeep driver, Putu, took amazing nighttime photos with our iPhone and also during the sunrise. The entire experience was very smooth and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Review Body: We had a great time with Mertha and Wi, and I must say the experience was simply amazing. From the beautiful sunrise to the fascinating black lava and a thrilling drive through the jungle, every moment was pure joy. Mertha and Wi were fantastic drivers who ensured our safety throughout the journey while also sharing their local knowledge and answering our questions :) The highlight of the trip was definitely the scenic brunch with a magnificent view of Mt Batur at Montana Del Cafe. The coffee was excellent, and the food was tasty and served in generous portions. Highly recommend this trip for those who want to have an experience on Mt Batur but don't want to do the hiking.

It started really well with Dedy who picked us on time and made everything so smooth at 2:30 a.m. He briefed us on the day and drop us on time at the Jeep starting point. There we had an amazing guide, Putu, who drove us to a very good spot to see the sun rise. And on our way back, he shared his knowledge about the lava and volcano which I'm very passionate about. As a local guide, it was easy for us to trust him to take us to the right spots and we did well because it made the waking up at 2 a.m SO worth it.

Review Body: I joined the Mt. Batur Jeep Tour, guided by Mamoe and Mertha, and it was an exceptional experience. Mamoe's punctuality and friendly demeanor made the day start on a positive note, and his informative insights at the various locations we visited added depth to the tour. Mertha's assistance during the sunrise viewing was outstanding, from finding the perfect spot for photos to his willingness to help capture those memorable moments. Both guides were incredibly polite and friendly, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Review Body: Really great team. Our driver was very professional and drove safely. Our guide gave us a lot of interesting information and took many professional photos of us during the night under the stars and at sunrise. He also gave us a lot of interesting information about the volcano, its history, and the consequences of the eruptions for local Indonesian people. Afterwards, he took us to the Floating Temple. I highly recommend this team! Everything was very well organized, and we had a wonderful experience.

Review Body: It’s such a memorable experience - we went to see sunrise and black lava on a jeep ride. The company has its own private parking area on top of the mountain which it’s less crowded with other jeeps. Our drivers are super nice and knowledgeable, and very friendly towards our 8-year-old too. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone!

Review Body: Definitely our best day in Bali visiting Mt Batu for sunset, volcanic rocks, a beautiful temple and the best coffee plantation. Our driver Merta was great and took the best photos of us - so professional! Robert was also a great jeep driver for the sunrise on the mountain which was absolutely magical & even had drinks and breakfast.

Review Body: The day started with a ATV-your. First I went to a sort of a motorcross trail. That was really fun. And the guide was really helpful. I was stuck one time and the guide came immediately back to help me. After the trail we drove to a few rice terraces. That was really beautiful. The guide took a lot of time to make pictures, so that was nice. After the ATV-tour, I went to a coffee plantation. The plantation was really beautiful and the guide was really nice. He explained a lot of the process of making coffee. And there was a coffee tasting session for free. Then I went to the rafting session. That was quite fun too. The walk to the river was absolutely doable. It was not so hard and the view during the walk was stunning. And last but not least, the driver Dedi was amazing! He picked me up at my hotel and he brought me to all the nice places. He was so helpful and really kind. Absolutely an amazing experience!

Review Body: We had a lovely guide called Jero who picked us up from our hotel and guided us through our trip. He gave us lots of advice, hints and tips. Jero's english was very good and he loved answering my many questions about Bali - its culture and traditions. We loved our visit to Uluwatu temple to see the fire kecak dance with a beautiful sunset behind. Jero advised us on the cultural ettiquette in the temple and where best to sit to get the best view of the dance. After our visit to the temple Jero advised us on the best local seafood resturaunt to complete our trip eating amazing food with our toes in the sand, listening to the waves crashing. We booked several trips with Seek Sofie, and I've recommended this site to friends who are going to Bali. I have also recommended Jero, as he felt like more of a friend than a guide by the end of our trip.

Review Body: We booked the combo for ATV and white water rafting. Our driver Dedi came on time and was waiting with us for the day. ATV was good. The waterfall is closed for now. So we went through 1 tunnel, the rice terraces and the jungle. Feel free to bring your phone along. However you need to tip your ATV leader if you'd like for them to snap some photos. White water rafting experience surpassed our expectations. However pls note that it's a long and treacherous hike down to Ayung river. Approx 30mins. They would stop at the half way mark where there are little stalls to get some refreshments. Let loose and have fun. You've to then trek back up to the start point where you can shower and have lunch. Thank you Seek Sophie team! My husband and I enjoyed our day

Review Body: A perfect day out with friends & family, from start to end! The activities were organised perfectly so we’d have ATV in the morning when it’s not too hot, and water rafting when we’d need to stay cool under the noon sun. Our driver/ guide Adi was really helpful explaining the day’s activities, & attentive to our needs. Wouldn’t have wanted any other guide! ATV was super thrilling and beginner friendly, love that boots & meals are provided. Photos taken then were great too! Likewise with rafting, the guide/ leader was really instructive and hilarious as well. 2 hours of rafting really went by, and we left with memories to keep for a lifetime. A huge thanks to Seek Sophie & especially to Adi for this amazing activity!

Review Body: I did the Private Off-Grid Mount Batur Volcano Trek to celebrate my birthday, and it was a fabulous experience! My driver, Mertha, communicated via WhatsApp, and I felt prepared about what to bring for my 1:30AM pickup. He surprised me with a little cake to celebrate my birthday, which was such a treat! 😍 He took great photos of me, which was helpful because it’s difficult for solo travelers like me to capture those special moments besides taking selfies. 🙈 My guide for the trek was Man, and he was incredibly patient and kept me safe. He took some great photos of me, too. It was the best way to celebrate my birthday in Bali, I highly recommend this tour.

Review Body: We had an awesome day. Did was our driver and picked us up at 2pm from Ubud. Siska was our Mount Batur tour guide. She looked after us beautifully leading us and down the mountain, taking pics, supplying us hot drinks and breakfast. Both Didi and Siska answered all our questions patiently and were thoughtful and kind. Didi waited for a long time for us while we enjoyed our activities and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We went to the springs, waterfall and tea/coffee plantation afterwards. My daughter wanted to do the Bali swing so had photo of this and the rice terrace. They were reliable, knew exactly what to do and spoke English well.

Review Body: Our experience with Bali Island Trekking was nothing but amazing. Our driver/tour guide Intan was so kind, fun, informative and a great driver. We added a bunch of other things to our tour and she was so amazing throughout our entire tour. She let us take our time at each spot and made things go so smoothly. For the trekking we had Yus as our guide and he was also amazing, kind and accommodating. He always made sure we were okay as we trekked up the mountain and asked us if we needed breaks. And gave us the best seats at the top. We couldn’t recommend this company anymore!

Review Body: The tour was wonderful! Huge thank you to Arya our driver and Siska our guide, who were both so lovely. Siska took such great care of us on the hike and Arya was upbeat despite the very early start and answered all of our many questions about Bali. Expect a moderate difficulty hike, you need a decent level of fitness though there are plenty of stops. There are small shops along the way so you can buy water and snacks. The coffee plantation was a good add on and the hot springs were very welcome for our sore muscles after the hike.
