Meet your host

Since 2020, Wan Jing has been helping people make sense of Chinese Medicine through everyday food. Trained in both Chinese Medicine and biomedical sciences through a joint programme by NTU and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, she later added a diploma in Culinary Arts from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. That mix of clinic and kitchen shapes how she works today. Instead of broad advice about “healthy eating”, she looks at patterns in the body and what might be causing imbalance. Her approach is practical and grounded, focusing on small food and lifestyle changes that feel realistic for modern life.
