Great day! Pilot was very pleasant. We will never forget this day. About 20-25min duration. We didn‘t know we have to pay the driver up the hill extra. It was no problem but maybe tell before the next time.

being a city girl who has never done anything outdoorsy, this was a perfect balance between nature and comfort. while it is possible to camp freely in the area like the locals did, boar glamping made it easier for the regular tourist by providing everything - warm, cozy tents, clean toilets, and a hearty bbq dinner after a day of exploring the lovely surroundings. kayaking in the ham lon lake in the early winter morning — an activity that the host also provides with a small top-up fee — was definitely a highlight of our overnight camping trip! the rainy weather stopped us from scaling the nearby ham lon mountain this trip, which means i will probably be back very soon 💪🏽

Fun experience! Nice place to slow down outside of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The tent was comfortable. Toilet was clean and comfortable too. We did not use the shower but it looked clean as well. I think they have hot water too. Remember to bring insect repellent and cover as much skin as possible! My family and I got some nasty bites that itched so much and took about a week to heal. We stayed one night and chilled near the lake for most of it. It rained just as we started our bbq and that created some memorable chaos but once the shelter was up, the bbq resumed. Food overall was simple and yummy. We were able to book a grab from Hanoi to bring us to the location and pre-arranged for a car to pick us up from the glamping site.
