He went above and beyond in every possible way and truly made the experience unforgettable. ASK FOR KOMO BECAUSE HE IS THE BEST! 🙌🏼 Komo is from Mt. Batur himself, and he actually showed us where he lives and farms. He is an incredibly hardworking man who farms and drives tourists up to the mountains every single day. You can immediately see how much pride, heart, and dedication he puts into what he does. Honestly, he deserves so much recognition for his incredible work and service. From the very beginning, Komo was so kind, funny, warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to share his home with us. He has the best smile and made us feel completely taken care of. He kept us warm during the chilly sunrise, offered us hot chocolate, and even brought us breakfast. The level of hospitality was truly world-class. ❤️ And the experience didn’t stop at the sunrise! Afterwards, Komo took us to the black lava rocks and the hot springs, making the entire day feel like a personalized adventure through his home. Komo wasn’t just our driver or guide — he made us feel like welcomed guests in his own home. His kindness, humor, generosity, and hard work made this one of our favorite experiences in Bali. Review Body: Driver pick up from the hotel in Ubud was Prompt. Driver DIBYA was there early and waiting for us. Very nice young man. Car was spacious and clean. Dibya was very friendly and respectful. Explained the itinerary and plan. Took us to the parking lot and was waiting for us when we got back from sunrise tour. Took us to good spots for us to take pictures of the lake, mountains and farm on the way back to the hotel. Fantastic service. The jeep drive was great and the place where they took us to watch sunrise was amazing. It was a lookout on the mountain with no obstruction. Fantastic look out point with no distraction. There was plenty of space to sit on a bench in the front row and enjoy sunrise. They were also ready to take pics when we wanted them to. very friendly and nice staff. Once the sunrise was done, they took us to see volcano rocks. The drive was great. Over all 5 star experience. Great people and great spot to see sunrise. Would defiantly recommend to my family and friends

Review Body: We enjoyed ourselves very much! Ketut, our main driver from the hotel to all the destination venues (Batur, hot springs, coffee plantation) was very friendly and super accommodating to our needs. He made sure we were ferried punctually and to our comfort from 2AM all the way till 2PM! We also really enjoyed Manut, our jeep driver around Mt Batur and the volcanic rocks. He took so many nice photos and even videos of us and was very enjoyable to talk to while still driving us around the rocky terrains. Manut was also very knowledgeable about the lands and attended to our questions well. The Mt Batur jeep ride includes breakfast of banana sandwiches, tea/coffee and even wafer biscuits. Would recommend this tour. Even the coffee plantation tour where we got to see how coffee was roasted + try almost 12 different cups of coffees and teas was super relaxing and fun.

Review Body: This experience was beyond our expectations. Everything was arranged so smoothly and our driver Arjana was so friendly, he drove us to the jeep location. He told us some history about Ubud and Mount Batur, answered and questions we had so kindly. Then we had Komo and his brother as our jeep driver. They were just an amazing duo!! We would recommend them as your guide. Komi took many incredible photos of us, more tham we could ever ask for! Driving up the mountain and through local villages in the jeep was a very unique experience. The sunset was MAGICAL… Then we went to the volcanic rock fields and coffee tasting. Overall this is a must experience and very much worth the early wake up and the price.

Review Body: We had an excellent experience with Gede as our transport driver in Bali. He was always punctual, drove safely, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. He regularly checked on us and reassured us that it was perfectly fine to make pit stops whenever needed. Gede picked us up from Nusa Dua and drove us to Mount Batur, followed by visits to the Hot Springs and a beautiful café in Kintamani with amazing views. At every stop, he never rushed us and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the experience at our own pace. He is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend Gede to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful driver in Bali.

Review Body: Komang, our driver for hotel pickup/dropoff, she was a really lovely person to talk to🤗she was punctual & made sure we reach the start of our Jeep adventures safely. Arman, our Jeep driver was a very nice young gentleman🤗very patient guy, always making sure we’re alright & enjoying the adventures, always taking the initiative to ask if we need anything…😁eg, taking pictures etc…. Review Body: Amazing experience! I joined the Mt. Batur Jeep Sunrise tour as a solo traveler—yes, the price is a bit higher, but it was absolutely priceless and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Yoga picked me up on time and made the ride comfortable, and Wayan at Mt. Batur was not only a great guide but also an incredible photographer (he even brought his own tripod!). The tour includes hotel pickup, breakfast on the mountain, and a coffee plantation visit with 16 coffee/tea tastings. Tip: bring a jacket, it’s very cold before sunrise! Highly recommend! Review Body: Our driver, Ketut, picked us up pretty early from Canggu and we made our way down to the base of Mount Batur with ease. Ketut was really understanding and told us to rest up before we reach our destinations (to and fro our accommodation). Our guide, Murti, was really engaging as well! He drove the Jeep safely to the top of Mount Batur and was really engaging when he asked if we wanted some photos taken. This photo was taken by Murti himself! If I ever wanted to do another Mount Batur trip, I will definitely want to engage both our driver and our guide!

Review Body: We had a fantastic Mount Batur Jeep trek. Sarwa, the driver picked us up from our hotel in Ubud on time and drove us to the starting point of the trek. Wayan took over and we reached the sunrise point. The sky was full of stars and he clicked very nice pictures of us, and then also clicked very nice photos with the sun rising in the background. He was very patient and never hurried us to leave quickly as we were flying our drone. The entire trip was just perfect and we are glad we did it!

Review Body: Overall experience is awesome! Our guide Rusto is great, the Jeep tour is arranged nicely. He was punctual for our pick up and drive us safely to all the destinations! But since it’s a tourist spot , do expect crowded jeeps on top of the mountain. Once you see the sunrise it’s super worth it! And the Jeep driver photography skill is tip top! Please ask them to take the photo for you.

She is also very friendly and patient when waiting for us to complete the coffee plantation tour.
