This experience is child-friendly (age 3+).The team of food-passionate experience-makers will prepare everything you need, from the dough to toppings and to firewood. You can also harvest from the rooftop farm that has an array of plant garnishing - Sage, Basil, Oregano, Thyme, and more! You choose how exotic you want your pizza to be!ItineraryYou will start with arguably the trickiest part: raising the fire using sustainably-sourced firewood! Then you begin the creative process of making pizza by hand, including preparing the equipment, kneading and tossing the dough, and adding cheese and other toppings.Then the most rewarding part awaits - chucking your creation into the handcrafted brick oven and watch it bake golden brown! Finish off with dinner and beers (provided), and trust us no meal tastes better than something you've prepared yourself and eaten straight off the oven.😋As a value-add The Unexpected offers on all its experiences, your hosts will take photos of your experience and share them with you after (free-of-charge) so it's very Instagram-friendly too!Please note you can bring your own drinks. However, there is a corkage fee of $30 per bottle. Important NoteThis experience requires a minimum of 4 participants to commence. If it rains, or there are less than 4 pax for the session, The Unexpected may postpone the session to another mutually agreed date. Dietary Requirements Vegetarian dietary requirements can be catered for - please do let us know in the booking form! However, we are unable to cater to gluten intolerances and halal food at this point.Pet FriendlyYes! You can bring a pet along. It's a great place to photograph them too in a backyard garden setting.

- Extenuating Circumstances PolicyIn the event that one or more participants are tested positive (or suspected) for Covid-19 72 hours or less prior to the trip, they are required to present verification from the MOH and customers can choose to reschedule the booking with a fee as follows: - Reschedule with 50% top up - Get a 50% refund if customers wish to cancel altogether More than 72 hours beforehand, customers can reschedule the booking at no additional cost.

Hi V, yes you can bring your own drinks with a corkage fee of $30 per bottle. For this particular experience, ala carte menu is not available. Hope that helps! :)
