The climb was more steep than gentle, but very doable and not so long, to come to a magnificent view. No other climbers, only 3 other viewers at the top (to be compared with a couple of hundreds at the mountain behind, Mt Batur). Top guide!

Everything was perfect, this is a very cool hike and the view is incredible. It is very calm and peaceful climb (we were the only one on the track). Justin and the guides are very nice and gave us a lot of information about the places, the culture and they were always happy to help us taking pictures !

We loved this experience. A mother and (18yo) daughter duo - we made it up to the caldera we no problems. Our guide Ari, looked after up (and gave me a hand up the steep bits). And he was an excellent photographer with tripod and all so we got some great photos. The main event, the sunrise, was beautiful - we had a clear morning with a few clouds and could see all of the volcanoes surrounding plus the city lights below- perfect! Yosi, our driver, looked after us and was very friendly -,we had some good chats and laughs on the drive backs with him. We chose the hot springs add-on which was really nice but tbh we were really tired from a 2:30am start that we didn’t stay long so didn’t make the most of it. Definitely one of the highlights of our Bali trip!!

The tour was amazing from start to finish. Wi was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide, he patiently led us up the hill and we had a lovely breakfast and ginger tea whilst we waited for the sun to rise. And what a sunrise it was!!! It was us and two other people and that was it. They expertly took photos of us, made me a time lapse and talked us through points of interest as we got more light. You could see the multitudes of lights on the more well know treks and it was so peaceful basically having the hill to ourselves. 10/10 would recommend!
