This trip brings you to another hill/ridge that is opposite to Mt Batur. I liked that this route is quiet, there are no other groups or tourist with you (there was only 1 other group). View was 10/10! Guide was amazing as he helped us took multiple photos and videos as well.
I think it might be a relatively less tiring/easier route as compared to climbing Mt Batur.

4/5 stars because guide was late we had to climb fast which was tough luckily we were fit enough for the challenge. Thankfully still managed to get up there 10mins before sunrise. The hike wasn’t tough if we weren’t rushing our way up. We added on a waterfall trip as well. It was very private not many crowds. Absolutely love it

We are SO glad we did this. Heard so
many tales (and saw the flood of jeeps) heading for the standard Mt Bateur walk and this was so unexpected and magical and felt like and adventure. And side note - in addition to watching the sun light up the volcano and the amazing details and history, we had a second guide stand in for the normal lead and he took the most insane photos. Normally not our thing but who even knew iPhones had cinematic mode and they made the world look like this! Seriously recommend (and I hate early mornings.)

My husband and I had an incredible adventure-filled day in Bali with Seek Sophie! We wanted a day packed with activities, and they delivered beyond our expectations. Our itinerary included a mountain hike, ATV ride, and white water rafting, all in a single day – and it was perfect!
We started with a magical mountain hike at the caldera, and the boat ride under the starry sky was such a surreal experience. Climbing the mountain in time to see the sunrise was breathtaking, especially with breakfast overlooking five majestic mountains.
Next up was a 2-hour ATV ride, and what a thrill! The route took us through waterfalls, tunnels, caves, and beautiful rice paddies. It was the perfect combination of scenic and exciting! Finally, we wrapped up with two hours of white water rafting, which was a blast and well worth it.
A big shoutout to our driver, Yoshi, who was super informative and fun, making every transition smooth. And thank you, Justin, for planning this memorable adventure. We’ll be back to Bali soon, and we can’t wait to book with Seek Sophie again! Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Bali!

Great small group tour with Greenbike Adventure. Breakfast and lunch in a nice location included. Biking thru traditional balinese communities and stopped in a local house to understand how the organize. Unfortunately the tour was stopped due to heavy rains and thunder, the bus was ready to pick up us as they are following us on the road as a safety car. Stopped by a local coffee plantation for a coffee tasting and shopping.

We had a great time with a fantastic guide, Wayan Jack, who explained us many things about the Balinese way of life and spirituality! Beautiful experience from outside and inside!

The sunrise at the caldera was amazing. It was worth getting up early and a long drive from Ubud. Our driver Yosi was informative and talked to us about the geography and culture throughout the day. Nawa took us by boat to the hike, which was steep but not long. We enjoyed fresh coffee and tea and breakfast while the sun rose. The guides were excellent and the whole journey was very memorable.
