Heartwarming and personal experience. So patient and very open to answering any questions about the Balinese way of life.

Great experience and honestly our favorite part of Bali. We loved the opportunity to learn about and appreciate Balinese culture with such an amazing family. We really enjoyed learning together and having meaningful conversations with so much cultural exchange.

Phenomenal experience with Wayan including dinner and farm tour as well as a visit to a traditional Balinese home and the firefly rice fields. We learned so much about Balinese culture and cuisine.

Incredible location, lovely and helpful staff, high quality materials and great instruction. We had so much fun making our pieces and loved the amount of choice we had between rings, pendants and bracelets. Highlight of our trip!

What Wayan and his family is doing is a wonderful thing and I whole heartedly support his efforts. I look forward to the day I return to see the trees light up like Christmas trees by these magical fireflies. You are doing an amazing job Wayan👍🙏

The Jeep ride was exciting after the recent heavy rain made the tracks quite challenging. I loved the coffee and tea tasting and the chance to support a local community business by buying some coffee.
Unfortunately the rain was falling at sunrise so the view over Lake Batur was not what I had hoped for. Thanks for creating some good photos on the jeep anyway. I'll have to come back for the sunrise another time!

The total experience..
It all began with the driver at the start who picked us up from our Seminyak accommodation..
The breakfast on arrival...
The bikes although they looked a bit rugged, they were well maintained, the brakes had no problem stopping someone my size (115kg & 6ft4in)on the downhill sections..🫣🫣..🤣🤣
The informative and knowledgeable guides both leading and tail end Charlie...
The many opportunities for 📸 photos...
The lunch at the end, great selection of meals..
And the drive back to Seminyak through the madness of afternoon traffic.
It was all positive.

We had a wonderful adventure with our host Wayan and his team. It was just the two of us so we had our own private tour! Mostly down hill like others have said but does require the ability to confidently ride a bike and change gears.
The village tour was a highlight learning the culture and traditions of Balinese family life. And a stop to learn about conservation of the agriculture and fireflies. The scenery was spectacular with a lunch and coffee stop. Great value for money with transport included and friendly, knowledgeable guides. Highly recommend if your looking for a different, authentic, less touristy experience
