Guide was excellent. We didn't have the clearest day at the top but the guide made every effort to try find som gaps in the cloud for us. There was a really good balance of being looked after and talked to along with being left alone to admire views

It was well organised and the transport from ubud was on time. The guide was very friendly and made it an enjoyable trek. Sunset is not guaranteed but it was a good feeling to reach the summit and the views are worth it alone

He was so professionel and kind and I would really recommend him for anyone who wants a unique tour little away from the crowds that hike Mount Batur. Yus made sure we had the best viewpoint of them all and safely guided us both up and down avoiding the crowded paths. Our adventure to Mount Batur began with a pre-arranged pick-up from Amed (Nort-East Bali). The drive, handled by our skilled driver Pande, took about 2 hours due to the distance. After reaching the starting point, we transferred to a jeep for a bumpy but thrilling 25-minute ride to reach the sunrise viewpoint. We brought along two kids, ages 4 and 12. Waking up at 2 am was certainly a challenge, but it was worth it. Not only did we witness the breathtaking sunrise from the mountaintop, but the clear night sky also allowed us to see the Milky Way.

Our driver Ketut was nice and friendly and on time! Really knowledgeable and shared parts of Bali’s history with us! Our guide, Setiti was really friendly and so helpful! She kept to our pace and helped us so much while climbing up and down the mountain. Plenty of hand holding as we navigate down the mountain together! Super great pair of guides!
