I absolutely loved how hands on the experience was and how pretty and fulfilling the end result is! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and personally, I think it would make a rly good and memorable activity to do with friends, as a couple, or with a parent hehe. And its different from the usual workshops like tufting/pottery etc! Overall, nothing but good words for this experience.

At first glance, it looks like an ordinary house, but once you open the door, you'll find a truly wonderful cooking studio! Eric gave us a warm and had everything prepared. His explanaions were clear and easy to follow.
The ingredients and processes have been carefully adapted to stuit Singapore's climate. This time we made baguettes, but I'd love to try other recipes as well. I'm so happy to have lerned how to make delicious baguettes:)

A must - have bread at home every day.
It's easy to prepare in less than 2 hours, you can have your fresh, crispy crust, and the texture inside is just right! My employer's son loves it that everytime he comes back from school he goes straight to the kitchen to look for the baguette. It brings joy to see everyone enjoying eating it. Since then no more store-bought bagguettes. Save money+happy tummy! Thanks to Eric's class, it's easy to follow, has shorter preparation times and provides more tips for baking delicious bagguetes. love it!

I have no baking experience but the French baking master Eric perfected the baguette recipe for Singapore even I could follow and remember easily. It was a very enjoyable class and the baguette was crispy outside and soft inside. After one class, I was able to make baguettes at home easily in a short time and my friends who tried the baguette were impressed. French baking lab also had a cool web app in case I want to learn other French pastry. I will not be buying baguettes from stores again!!

I had such a wonderful time baking baguettes here with my mum and siblings. Eric was so hospitable and detailed with explaining the science behind baking the baguettes. The atmosphere of the class was so warm and intimate. I would definitely come back again with my friends!
